The Inuit have been saying this for a decade or more - the north is getting hotter and the planet is tilting. The sun no longer rises or sets where it used to and they are having trouble navigating on land and sea. Their hunting grounds are freezing later and thawing sooner which makes it harder to hunt in their traditional ways.

Funnily enough, the magnetic field around the earth has shifted a lot. It's not the rotation of the sphere itself but the rotation of the electromagnetic "shell" around it that has tilted.

The problem is that NASA and pretty much everyone else knows the Earth is in exactly the same position it has been for the last few millennia. The Earth does wobble slightly, but not enough to make much of a difference and its been doing it for millions of years.
