Don't hold your breath, anyone who isn't a hypocrite isn't human. Prejudice is an innate trait of the race. :)

You're on the ball this morning Cliffy. How much snow over that side of the "hill"? We just have a skiff so far!
About 5 inches. It'll be around a while with this cold snap: -6C.

-9° at 0615 here today. I was going to shovel the deck off but the measly 5 or 6 cm is frozen pretty well. I will wait till it is softer.

Silly boy, it is 1/2 the normal temp for this time of year. Traditionally November is the coldest month so we are way ahead of the game this year. Last year we had 1 dump of snow worth talking about.

No. Each person is responsible for their own actions. An underlying message in a lot of writings IMO.

then each person should take the credit of good actions and not attribute any of it to their religion or it's teachings considering that all religions, except for Satanism, expresses a promise of peace, enlightenment and being good.

the satanic temple members in San Jose and Minneapolis seem to be the only one stepping up to the plate to be good to their fellow man, which in this case are muslim in the USA.

The Satanic Temple Didn't Authorize Offer Of Muslim Aid

I picked this link because they explain that it was actually authorization by the temple itself, but by its members.

I think I see the concept of individual responsibility is picking up little by little throughout society overall. Fairly popular message these days.

Incidentally Twila, genuine unconditional altruistic compassion for ones fellow man will more than likely go unnoticed. Unless there are witnesses who want to sound the symbols and bang the drums.

I think I see it too. Or I'm becoming more aware of it. The internet is wonderous for bringing us examples of this that before we'd never have heard.

Christianity is not hypocritical, people are.

I stand corrected because you are absolutely right. I guess I should have stated that "people" of all religions can be hypocrites as exhibited over the centuries. Christians and Muslims alike don't have a particularly good history. Heck, humans of all sorts and races don't have a particularly good history. But for some reason, it seems to "some people" that only Christians are bad and everyone else has an exemplary past. How silly is that?

Just sayin'

If I may add that two-faced people are also the last to see themselves as being that way.

You do know that messages from others don't work right? Failing to take that into account and acting accordingly doesn't look good on your resume.

What does that look like if your neighbor is a Christian, Cliffy? Cannuck?
You seem to think that I don't love Christians. I do. If I didn't why would I try to correct your misconceptions, misinterpretations of the bible and your hypocrisy when you don't follow the words you claim to believe in.

Typical leftie telling others how to believe their own faith.
