Killing the economy? Raising money to waste on foreign countries? Increase pay and perks for useless politicians?

Hey... third world nations need coal plants, weapons, and Swiss Bank accounts for their deposed leaders. When their economies become on par with the EU, Canada, the US, and when we stop the climate from ever changing again we can end carbon taxes.

BC did well.

They reduced their carbon emissions and they have the best economy in the country.

Bullsh^t! They fudged the numbers (like usual) to make it look like less emissions and their economy is almost as bad as Alberta and just as fragile.

Saskatchewan has the strongest economy right now.

the results on election day aren't the only thing that matters.

This is why harper had no legacy and trudeau will have an easy second majority.

That's not fudged either.

And it would be the sixth time I've had to explain it if you ask why.

I'm keeping count.

It's like, "Sit Ubu sit! Sit Ubu sit! Sit Ubu sit! Sit Ubu sit! Sit Ubu sit! Sit Ubu sit"

Eventually Ubu is going to sit just so you shut up already. I guess that's effective.
The O.P. doesn't state what the goal is regarding being effective though beyond
increasing taxes.

The goal is to increase federal revenues. The goal of the BC government is to increase provincial revenue.

You never made a correction.

You always run away from that one.

Run from what?

The goal is to increase federal revenues. The goal of the BC government is to increase provincial revenue.

And every time gasoline goes up the line up at peace arch and Pacific crossing go haywire.

People buying US gas aren't part of the formula.

When US day trips increase, emissions go down.

Telling yourself the same lie over and over doesn't make it true. In fact, it's been explained to YOU on multiple occasions by multiple people. The fact you don't understand basic math still doesn't make 97% of 33% a consensus on anything.

The fact is, carbon taxes are supposed to be revenue neutral but with a bunch of limp-wristed Liberals in charge it's just going to be another tax and waste scheme. It also means the price of EVERYTHING will be going up. That means your welfare cheque won't be going as far.

The Wynned sock says Ontario's cap and trade plan will mean the average household will be spending $153 more on hydro per year. But the reality is, the increase in household spending will be well over $300 because of the increase in the cost of goods.

On top of that, the bottom is dropping out of the carbon credit market so the increased income the Liberals claim they will receive is over inflated. They planned on selling credits for $24-27 per tonne. But the current market rate for carbon credits is only $11 per tonne.
Typical policy planning by the Liberals, a day late and a billion dollars short. The McWynnty Liberals are so bound and determined to force their ideology on the province, they don't care how badly they ruin it.

BC did well.

They reduced their carbon emissions and they have the best economy in the country.
You can't even keep your stories straight. First you say BC's economy is so slow, then you say it's the best in the country, while a few days ago you posted some BS piece about how Ontario's economy was leading the way again.
Do you even bother to pay attention to the crap you post?
