You're confusing real things with fakery like the economy.
And you're confusing a natural event with being the fault of humans.
We may have some measure of control as to how quickly it happens, but all the carbon credits in the world aren't going to prevent a natural event from occurring.
Besides, the reality is, carbon credits and the whole AGW cult are a sham. The idiotic drive by the West to cut themselves off at the knees to "save planet" are merely transferring the problem elsewhere. Crippling ourselves so "developing countries can have a chance at prosperity" doesn't solve the emissions problem. It just transferred it to countries with far less strict environmental controls.

Good job dumbasses. Please, stop trying to fix things BEFORE fully engaging your brain.

Without the changing Sun there would be no climate change.

"Ministry of Environment and Climate Change"? Maybe we should have a Ministry of Environment and Geology, a Ministry of Environment and Fish, Ministry of Environment and Trees, etc., too? Just having a title like Ministry of Environment was not long enough? Computer operators were bored so now they can get to work changing letterheads and whatnot to the new title?
"Ministry of Environment and Climate Change" .... what a boneheaded idea.

I am in agreement with these proposals. We may of course point to the seminal work carried out by Monty Python in the late twentieth century featuring such classics as The Ministry of Silly Walks.

Environment is a portfolio that should properly belong the Department of Defence as the intent of the Conferrence is to solidify international law as to facilitate the conduct war on the non compliant nations of this planet alone contrary to the rumours of universal application accross the entire solar system an extended program that has been put on hold, temporarily, due to global economic slugishness and the resultant Christmas retail disaster.

We should hope that the new minister leads by good example. All of the cabinet ministers must use vehicles that get very good fuel mileage and all large cars that are in the fleet of the government must adhere to this. This would include their personal vehicles. What about the fuel used to fly the government officials around the world? They can fly in commercial planes in a effort to reduce green house gasses. Lets see how they are going to attack this and place your bets on which way they will go. Can we start an online lottery to see which way they go?

Would rowing across the Atlantic work? :)

Catherine McKenna, Minister of EnviroNazi Propaganda, legate of Josef Goebbels.. with its primary message of depopulating the earth's ecopurity of its human infestation.

Chief tool will be ridding the planet of its carbon resource, critical to food, manufacturing and energy production and supporting its current population.. by way of an absurd and utterly dicredited LIE.. AGW.

Leaving a master race of ecopagan illuminati undisturbed to rule over its pristine utopia.

Slightly off topic but I've been wondering why everyone has to go tear A$$ing off to Paris at great public expense when teleconferencing is available in this day and age? How much time over there is actually going to be spent dealing with the problem? By and large we already know what we have to do...............drive less, walk more, turn out lights that aren't being used, make more use of the sun and the wind. Take vacations closer to home. That conference in Paris will likely be just one major piss up, with very little accomplished!:)

Let's hope it results in follow up conversations that produce some result from the combined minds of reasonable men rather than the talking heads of the past.
Under your theme Canada needs a Provincial Government or a Federal one but not both as that is double billing the taxpayer for the same level of service.
Now back to your regular programming. . . .
