Now do it from the inside of a black prison. Give you 4 years so you are a journeyman when they release you. 'Come to daddy,' is followed by what??

You're an amazingly blissful person, I see.
I don't see a loving father, I see a father that is about control, fear, and would rather see his son dead than deal with the fact his 'daughter' was never a daughter to begin with, but a son, just that the body didn't match the gender.
Some people can't deal with it, some can. When they can't, you get situations like this, a parent who cares and will back their kid 100%, and then willfully ignorant parents who can't handle someone thinking that they are 'wrong' themselves for their kid to come out Trans. Sadly, the wrong isn't something they did to make the kid Trans, but their actions of assholery after when they find out.

Can his 'son' impregnate a woman?

Getting someone pregnant has nothing to do with being Trans. There are men who are sterile; are they less men because they can't impregnate women?

If I get a tail and pointy ears sewn onto me, does that make me a wolf? How's that different from a woman getting a fake dick implanted into her and then calling herself a man?

Seriously?

I honestly don't know how to answer this without wanting to beat my head against a desk for the stupid coming from your post.

There is no 'fake dick' in a GRS surgery. Not all Trans people get gender reassignment surgery either but for those that do get it, they've always been a woman or man before the surgery. The surgery just corrects what genetics got wrong.

And I'm really a coyote. I just look human.

You see what you want to see. I see the courts interfering with what should be a parental decision. If she still wants to change genders when she reaches legal age and can pay for it herself then let her have at it. Next some court might decide what church you must send your kids to. Think of the larger implications than just one kid.

I will agree with the courts having a duty to protect a child from willful parental abuse or neglect, but those should be extreme cases like molestation or turning a blind eye to it, or rape, or something equivalent.

This where it starts getting tricky with government involvement in personal choices. There are some people that like cradle to grave socialism because they don't want to think for themselves. I'm more concerned on setting limits on what government, elected or appointed can inflict on the people that pay their saleries.

How do you get government socialism and personal choices in this? A parent's choices can indeed affect a child, and severe abuse and neglect can have major consequences for the child even throughout adulthood and on society at large. The courts absolutely have a duty to protect the child against severe abuse and neglect.
