I am hardly a transphobe. True I dong get why anyone would do something like this but that is not the issue. The issue is courts overriding a parent's decision on a minor disfiguring her body because it is currently the cool thing to do. If she, and it will always be a she not a he still want s to do this when she reaches 19 then she has the right to do so. Provided it does not cost the taxpayer.

It doesn't cost the taxpayer at all, unless the father throws a fit because he was told his son's life means more than his transphobia.


There was no overriding a parent's decision. The mother is good with their son doing this. The father was abusive to the kid and shows he doesn't give a shit at all about the welfare or health of his son.


Once he's sixteen, any medical decisions are moot regardless (not 19). When he hits 18-19, then if he wants to, he can get GRS. GRS is not the issue though, blockers are. It's obvious you have no understanding about the issue at all, despite the fact I've said repeatedly GRS does NOT happen to anyone under age. Yet you still bring it up.

I don't recall getting forced to eat anything. There was always two choices, eat what's on your plate or eat nothing and if you didn't it could turn up at breakfast. Sooner of later it would get eaten.

In your tiny little brain maybe. As I stated before I don't care what adults do.But this is about a parental dispute about child raising that the court foolishly got involved in and my concern is about downstream ramifications with regard to government taking over child rearing.
Also there is no male child in thes story. It is a she and always will be.

Just to set the record straight I think determining the stupidest Asshole on this forum is quite evident. If you look at about 95% of my posts you will notice a "red" mark beside it. All those red marks were placed by two people, one person placed 3 or 4 of them and the other person (the idiot) placed the rest. Most of those were placed within about 15 minutes of when they appeared, so this "genius" is obviously tracking posts for 12-16 hours a day. Very entertaining chap anyway.
