But when they forgot that which they were admonished with, We opened to them the gates of every [good] thing [in the life of the World], until when they rejoiced with that[wealth] which they were given, We overtook them [with punishment] unexpectedly, and behold they were in despair.)

God is Most Gracious and Most Kind: His mercy includes both the believer and the disbeliever, and out of His mercy He sent His servants the prophets and apostles: Jesus and Mohammed and the rest of God's apostles.
No way of comparison can be between God the Creator and Most Gracious and any of His creatrues including Jesus.

If you believe that Jesus is God Himself --> then you are a blasphemer and a disbeleiver and have associated Jesus with God, and more worse than idolaters. I don't think that the Christ did tell you this, but this certainly is forged; or else Jesus himself deserves the punishment in Hell if he claim this, which is not the truth.

If Jesus is loving, he is loving to believers in God alone without associate, while he will disown those who speak in his name and speak lies about God Most Gracious.

Who drowned Pharaoh and his host?
Who cleft the earth with Korah in the wilderness?

And if you insist: is the earth and heaven and all what is included in them and between them; to whom it belongs? to God or to anyone else? Has God control on His creation or not? Can He avoid the disasters from people or He cannot?
So if He can shift the disasters and calamities; then He allows such disasters to occur, then He actually the One that punishes the disbeliever and idolaters and wrong-doers? So where is His love and kindness? The answer: He punishes whomever He likes, and shows mercy to whomever He please.

God's mercy is more than His punishment; but His punishment is not avoidable for idolaters and associaters who associate others with God in the worship.
His mercy includes the believer and the disbeliever in this World, while His mercy is exclusive for the believer only in the afterlife.
He forgives the believer who works righteous work, and punishes the disbeliever who associates others with Him whatever piety and charity the idolater may do.

In addition, see the Book of Levites (Priests) what it says about the punishment of the associaters who disobey God Almighty.

What shall I tell you and you don't understand the alphabet of religion? Didn't Jesus tell his disciples to pray lest they should not fall in the trial? What is this trial? Didn't he give them a parable and speak about the chanting of teeth for those who do not prepare?

The intercession = redemption illusion

They think that their apostle or saint will intercede for their behalf with God so that God will forgive them their sins and they will go according to their love towards their Christ or saint: they will go to Paradise or heaven.

Jews think that their prophet Moses is favored by God Who cleft for him the sea and gave him many obvious miracles; Moses will intercede for them before God, and they will certainly go to Paradise and will not punished in Hell more than 7 days (like the days of worshipping the gold calf)

Muslims also think the same (although the Quran declare that all the intercession is up to God alone), so some of them think that by loving Mohammed, Ali and others they will be forgiven and will certainly go to Paradise.

While all these are mere lies: no one will go to Paradise unless he admits that God is One without associate, son or patron; in addition he should believe in Moses, Jesus and Mohammed and all the other apostles without exception.

In addition, he should do every possible righteous act and charity as much as he can --> and then he may go to Paradise to prosper there, or else God does not guide the wrong-doer.
