But I didn't I based it on the quality of their products..............nothing to do with race!
Please point to any post where I claimed that this poll proves anything? All it really shows is that the people who are polled think that it is getting worse.
I just happen to agree with that statement based on all of the things that I have seen in recent years.
What I am saying to you in these recent posts is that this formula you seem to have for racism makes no sense. You can't count the number of people there are of each color, or people of any sort of group, and use that to determine if they do or do not experience racism.
Black people vastly outnumbered white people in many of the slave states. Black people vastly outnumbered white people in South Africa during Apartheid. It certainly didn't mean they didn't experience racism.
You also can't just take a bunch of polls of different groups and claim that if people disagree or agree, that proves anything. All that would prove is that the people who are polled believe.
You would have to assign that to the individual people who make whatever product it is you are upset about. Assigning it to everyone else who also looks like the person you are upset with is racist.

That's what they say, their tax burden is discriminatory they declare. Find one who disagrees.
Of course that is nothing to what will come, if we're lucky and they don't poison us first.

A good example just popped into my head.
My experience with items that have parts manufactured in China isn't favorable. That comment has nothing to do with racism, but the media would have a field day with it. It was a comment about quality. And I am convinced the media has brainwashed a lot of people into thinking that just about any comment having to do with any particular brand of human is a racist one.
Simply saying "My experience with items that have parts manufactured in China isn't favorable" clearly isn't racist and few if any people would claim it to be so.
and I give you lots to thumbs up and positive comments when I agree, doesn't mean we aren't going to disagree on some topics at various points. And flaming? Seriously you think that my post is personally hostile toward you?
Okay I will keep my comments to myself regarding your posts.
Sure if one has no depth to their character I would say yes, it is okay as it is the only way they function. I do believe some people are incapable of processing nuance or learning from someone different than themselves. Not too enriching for them from a global perspective but black and white holds some people's world together.
It's when they act on the hate that it becomes a problem.
Hate reciprocates hate. That is why there is so much death and destruction in the world. By instigating hate, you run the risk of being killed too. But if bloodshed is your goal, go right ahead and knock yourself out. Too any people on this planet anyway.
I guess so, as long as you keep it to yourself.
Your opinion differs from mine. Some folks just love to hate, even the anti-racist type.
It is a pretty benign statement.
If you get into things like "I don't like Chinese people because they make bad products", that is when you will probably get push back.
Just treat people as individuals and you'll be golden.
Well, the consensus is that it is just fine to hate a leftist for the status crime of being a leftist even though from a higher state of enlightenment one realizes such hatred condemns the hater to proceed no further in an understanding of enlightenment. I guess that will have to work for me. No pain, no gain.
