But in this case is it really the state govt establishing a religion? I mean unless they're gonna make the kids stand in front of the poster(s) and recite the Ten Commandments daily and force Biblical studies or something, it's not really establishing a religion.

Maybe the leftards simply have a problem with the "Thou shalt not bear false witness" command since they love doing just that.
