I was raised in a small town and have been a military wife ex I feel bad for gerryh and his cousins situation. That is what got me going on here when I did. I got out before it got that far. I understand the manipulation what she sees in that I saw first hand the manupulating. I never go on Forum ever. Never on the computer. Nice to have chatted on here with youVancouver Island. I still try and hide from my ex restraining order on him. So I do not like to say to much probably said enough already.

by spring time we'll be putting those 30 year olds to shame out on the trail.
Have been doing lots of walking, (no rubber boots though), just good walking
shoes, and sciatica is about 50% better, but still not willing to 'just' go
away. Walked today, in the warm sunshine, needed sunglasses. -
