    Nope...Just sitting on the shores of lake Nippissing for a week waiting for the next festival in River Valley.
    Man, the water in the lake is about 3 to 4 feet lower than usual.... a combination of low snowfall last winter, next to no spring rainfall and bad water management of the dams up-river...

    aw thanks hon - how are ya? Renos are almost done - I'm happy with 'em - had no problems at all *knock wood* - moving in a couple weeks, life is good.

    hmm does gh have contacts in Edm? Hadn't thought of that - Karrie's hubby does most of their work himself, but I did pass it by them already thanks for the suggestions tho - always the bear in shining armour.

    lol - s'ok - I'll figure it out. I've been trying to find a reliable renovator - which is about the same as me trying to find a reliable mechanic - close my eyes and throw a dart at the yellow pages... actually I'm using kijiji - maybe I should try spit balls instead of darts!
