I mean I am all for them having their own country, at least next time they attack, it's easier to just drop the bomb on the country maybe like Japan 100 years of peace afterward.

Which fledgling independent democracy are you asking about? Hamas controlled Gaza (?) or West Bank Palestinian Authority controlled West Bank (?) or some third fledgeling independent democracy?
Maybe Gaza & West Bank together lead by one or the other (but not both) political parties (?) or perhaps in a coalition together…a Palestinian/Hamas Authority lead Gaza/West Bank Palestine and everyone in the region will then get along and play nice with each other? Something like that?

Would that have been the Gaza citizens firing at the IDF as they rescued their (that they don’t care about) hostages abducted from Israel Oct 7th? Or Hamas? Or Islamic Jihad? Does it matter? Would the neighbours know that Israeli hostages were being held there? Would the neighbours know that they were acceptable potential martyrs chosen for that honour with or without their consent?

Nuking wouldn't solve this issue. The people of Iran are oppressed by their government, I have a Persian family, and they all hate the government. They had two uprisings in the last decade and were gunned down and arrested murdered, and the West did nothing.
