We learned in school many years ago that the water temp. at the bottom of the ocean is always 4C. (that's the temp. that water is densest)

That's not true. Is some areas it can be -1.

It is also salt, so the freezing point is lower. Around here the water temperature is fairly constant at 60 ft. Much warmer than the surface in winter.

That's why when it's cold enough to freeze puddles you rarely see the sea frozen.

After several days of hot and sunny weather it's now snowing here.

I don't see a downside.. longer crop growing season, more fun in the pool and BBQ's

Not to mention atmospheric CO2 levels will be much more beneficial for growing crops.

The benefits of carbon dioxide supplementation on plant growth and production.

Meanwhile, we have a mindless clown in Ottawa that is doing everything in his power to starve plant life of the essential nutrients they need, deeming it instead to be toxic pollution that must be eradicated.
