No Joe should never pardon Trump.

Why would Joe pardon Trump? And pardon him for what? Has he been charged with anything? I don't believe Trump will be charged for breaking any federal laws. That said pardons can only be granted in federal cases, not state and so if Trump should face charges stemming from the SDNY investigations that could be troublesome. But honestly I don't see Trump ever having to face consequences for any illegal activities he may have been part of, his lawyers would muddy up the process for years and Trump is no spring chicken.

Um, hey stupid? You do understand that there needs to be charges and a conviction in order for a pardon to be granted, right? You DO understand the concept of due process and not trial by public opinion, right? Or did your precious Political Science class not teach you that fundamental concept of a democracy?
But the left has already convicted him of all sorts of imaginary crimes. Some of them serious like believing in freedom of speech.
Biden has no authority to do anything for anyone. Probably never will have.
