An official working on the impeachment inquiry said in a statement, ��On October 17, 2019, Mr. Mulvaney admitted from the White House briefing room that the President withheld vital military aid in order to pressure Ukraine to conduct investigations that would benefit the President��s personal and political interests, not the national interest. Edit to your edit: I don't think Pelosi should be in power either. TBH I'd much prefer to see an election held before any other option is picked.



Which is why in the end I don't think Trump will be impeached. Not that he shouldn't be, because I do think he should, but because there's no one that should be just thrown into the President's chair without an actual election first, especially one as close as 2020.
