Having dual citizenship is not illegal in any way. I see it as an advantage when dealing with the US.
And TrustFund-eau just announced a few weeks ago that dressing in black face was wrong and a bad decision.

The worst thing that could happen to this country is Justin in the PM's chair, with Singh whispering instructions in his ear, his "no confidence" gun poked into Justin's side. Even if, for some unfathomable reason, you can stomach Justin, Justin guided by Singh is a nightmare. And it is likely to happen.
