No, the real problem is parents who want absolute control over their kids no matter the cost, even if that cost is their life. The court saw that the father was being dangerous and endangering the life of his son, thus it decided as it did, and they were right. Father does not give two shits about his son.

I dissagree. I see the father as trying to protect his daughter from a nutbar ex wife and a loony court system.
There is no son and never will be. But I bet if a survey was done the results would be split down the middle.

Just because that's how you see it, doesn't make it true.

There always was a son, but being as ignorant as the father doesn't make you right.

The judge was wrong in his ruling..

But who cares what his son/daughter/whatever wants to be called.. really, whatever makes him happy.

In 70 years from now, nobody will even remember.

What is 'normal'?

Seriously, what do you mean by 'normal'?

Why would you be trying to expound on this subject when you don't even know the meaning of normal? That is grade two stuff. Since you obviously don't know I will try to explain it in layman's terms. Normally is what you would expect in a situation. When relating to a woman would you normally expect to see a penis. The normal location for a penis would be on a man. Savvy?

Hey Boomer- A good judge would be interested in the opinion of a truck driver! There's your sign that this troll is so incredibly stupid! :)

Same as always did, boys become men.
Just some boys were born with a vagina and ovaries, some were born with a penis and balls.
In the end they're still men.
They think they are men but they are female. The physiology doesn't change.

As for dysphoria "body image" is a major issue for the majority of youth leading to depression, addiction, suicide, risky behaviour and so forth. Blocking physical maturity in hopes a kid mentally matures is playing God.

"Body image" is the way that someone perceives their body and assumes that others perceive them. This image is often affected by family, friends, social pressure and the media.[1]
People who are unhappy with their bodies and don't seek healthy nutrition information may develop eating disorders. "Eating disorders" are unhealthy relationships with food that may include fasting, constant dieting, or binging and purging.[2]
Body image is closely linked to self-esteem. Low self-esteem in adolescents can lead to eating disorders, early sexual activity, substance use and suicidal thoughts. You can post encouraging notes in your school bathrooms to brighten your classmates’ day. Sign up for Mirror Messages.[3]
Approximately 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies and resort to dieting to achieve their ideal body shape. Unfortunately, only 5% of women naturally possess the body type often portrayed by Americans in the media.[4]
58% of college-aged girls feel pressured to be a certain weight.[5]
Studies show that the more reality television a young girl watches, the more likely she is to find appearance important.[6]
More than 1/3 of the people who admit to “normal dieting,” will merge into pathological dieting. Roughly 1/4 of those will suffer from a partial or full-on eating disorder.[7]
In a survey, more than 40% of women and about 20% of men agreed they would consider cosmetic surgery in the future. The statistics remain relatively constant across gender, age, marital status, and race.[8]
Students, especially women, who consume more mainstream media, place a greater importance on sexiness and overall appearance than those who do not consume as much.[9]
95% of people with eating disorders are between the ages of 12 and 25.[10]
Only 10% of people suffering from an eating disorder will seek professional help.[11]

It's totally amazing this thread has endured over 300 posts. It's almost like a lot of sane people are being converted by a bunch of Whackos and of course the trolls don't help. FCUK!

Just trying to understand what you find normal to be, that's all.

IMO, normal is not wondering what's in the pants of a person. What sex parts they have isn't my business and how they express their gender isn't my business.

So what I expect in a situation of a man or woman is... person. I don't focus on their gender or what's under the pants.

I'm sure you'll find that wrong but that's how I look at the world.

But seeing people having no problem with parents bullying their kids, or wanting to see them dead, is something I have issues with.

Just because that's how you see it, doesn't make it true.
There always was a son, but being as ignorant as the father doesn't make you right.
Just because some judge agreed with wako prog dogma doesn't make a fact either. Judges are often wrong and a lot of the time it is simply because one side has a better or more expensive lawyer.

SO in your opinion is forcing your kid to go to your church when they don't want to bullying? Or the court forcing medication on a kid whose parents don't want it? Or when one parent wants something and the other is opposed the court is obviously going to side with one or the other. Will it always be the right one? I see implications far beyond just this one mixed up girl and her goofy mother.
