Probably the best thing Canadians can do is ignore all the clap trap about Climate change and Global warming and instead concentrate on cleaning up their environment. Recently we've heard that Canada is heating up faster than the rest of the world and western and northern Canada is heating up even faster. We've also heard that western Canada had the coldest Feb. on record and a colder March than usual. Which way is it folks? I'll trust the local weather records and my own local observations. Meanwhile lets curb waste and recycle what is reusable and walk and ride the bus where we can.
Not by fire but by ice. The climate kills us because the crops die. It,s been a bad couple of years for food production, globally. It will get much worse before it gets better. That getting better won,t be in my lifetime.
That being the case why are we paying so much for produce, like green onions $1.30 an oz. ?
It would help if the Okanagan weren't so close to the Arctic Circle and they could grow vegetables, there.
