When 'they' start talking about ending either the Federal Govt or the State level then I'll believe they are serious about working for the good of the people. I don't see one of them being willing to lay down their job so the people can thrive.

No...according to Hoid, Manafort went to Mueller and requested that collusion charges not be included in his trial and the prosecution accepted his terms.
....Or maybe there was insufficient evidence to support collusion charges.
Mueller still on the run from the other russians he indicted, who (surprisingly I'm sure) actually showed up in court?

In this case it really isn't.
It was a simple statement of events.
Manafort petitioned to have any collusion evidence left out and the prosecution was fine with that, and the judge allowed it.
Not sure why this is so hard to understand, but then again....

Manafort thus filed an in limine motion to keep the collusion issue out of the case. In responding, the special counsel agreed with the defense, representing that the prosecution “does not intend to present at trial evidence or argument concerning collusion with the Russian government.”

Mueller's plan may well be to demonstrate to Manafort how ****ed he is even before getting into the collusion aspect
In his next trial the judge is not going to demand that the term "oligarchy" not be used.
