He is now talking about different agreements (bilateral) between US/CDA and US Mexico.

His inconsistency , and unpredictability might be his undoing.... IF he was a real professional deal maker ...

He is yet to come out with a reasonable and intelligent proposal......... that does not include petulant bellicosity about how badly the US is treated. OR if he did not change his mind on a whimm or some inner biased impulse.

No one really wants to negotiate with Trump because he's too unpredictable. We don't want to waste our resources negotiating just for the goal post to change each time we're about to reach an agreement.
