It didn't work for you.
Now don't be cheeky, Pete.

Now just for instance one of those teachers already stressed out had an exceptionally bad day and was carrying, lost control......how many of the little darlings could he/she/ being a well trained gun person. bring peace and order to his/her classroom?
The idea of you as a teacher is hilarious.Been a long, long time since you've been in school obviously.
I was a teacher for 7 years. I hated it, because lifting people out of ignorance was the last thing they wanted us to do.
it is simple. The idea of you as a teacher is hilarious.
BTW the state of Kansas has tabled a law to hold schools who do not arm teachers liable for mass shootings . I am unclear how that works .
You're half right.it is simple.
less masacres, more shoot outs.

well trained gun persons don't do that sort of thing.
You can't say you are trying to protect students if you are going to allow guns in your society.well you can't say that you are doing everything you can to protect the students if you aren't planning to shoot back.
You can't say you are trying to protect students if you are going to allow guns in your society.
You are - at this point in time - saying that the continuing body count of students is a price worth paying for the right to own guns.
Oh I just make stats up as needed.
Isn't that a thing anymore?
They don't want to carry guns.
Maybe you should listen to them.
If we're going to arm them, can we at least arm them with carbines or shotguns?
Most people, even experienced shooters, couldn't hit the floor with a sidearm if they dropped it.
I'd hate to go up against a shotgun or rifle with a sidearm, and I've got some really good sidearms.
Been a long, long time since you've been in school obviously.

Actually, they do, but quite rarely. Bluebyrd's just doing what the gun nuts like to do: making up some near-zero probability hypothetical to justify her position. Kinda like the gun nuts dream up bizarre self-defense situations in which they might "need" to send 100 rounds downrange in less than 60 seconds.
Really.
Well, I guess you better start by disarming police. They are in our society, aren't they?
And please explain to me how setting off a civil war in the USA is protecting children?
You don't ever think this stuff through, do you?
*****This about sums up the whole gun debate....

stupid people. Darwin will take of them.
oh I forgot. You can't take guns away because it would cause trouble.
That should be a big consolation to all those dead children who never got a chance to decide the gun issue.
Only need that kind of firepower if there are more than 100 armed, deranged people coming at you. Otherwise a revolver is all you need.
I don't even like semi-autos.....you have to pick up the brass all over the place for reloading...
like me old man said, when I asked him how many shots it took to bring down his Moose...
"there was only one moose"
Got any more imaginary scenarios? Maybe an alien invasion or an attack by lava people? You really are beginning to clutch at straws in your defense of the indefensible.
Because school shooters are law abiding citizens?speaking of imaginary scenarios, please describe to me how a gun free zone is supposed to shoot the SOB before he shoots students and teachers.
