I hear Canada has agreed at the UN to recognize the inherent rights of First Nations - for once.
First Nations have the the same right to decide issues in their own countries that Canadians have to decide in theirs.Don't we all have inherent rights?
First Nations have the the same right to decide issues in their own countries that Canadians have to decide in theirs.
and there's no need to wonder about it. its all spelled out in black and white

I said to read it.Bahahaha did you actually read the document? Indigenous persons of the world have the right to live and let live without without discrimination, racism, and restrictions put on them. Nothing in there says anything about 2 different countries within 1 country or 2 different federal governments.

What I meant was to understand it.
Sorry. My bad.

Appealing that finding won't be hard... I'd wager that i can find millions of non-FNs that believe they have an oral tradition that grants the land to them.

I heard on the radio that the BC Premier is looking at taking Alberta to court under a Constitutional challenge because Alberta has just passed a law for it to be able to decrease the flow of certain fuels to BC. Guess the Constitution is only good as long as it works in ones favor. That does not bod well for our country, that's for sure.
Too bad the BC Premier didn't do his due diligence in actually reading what the NEB reviewed (for years and years) and what TMX had to do in order to build this pipeline. He really doesn't know what he's talking about, but then again, when it comes to money, who cares right Mr. Premier??
JMHO

If that happens expect all the bands along the KinderMorgan route to sue BC forest loss of revenue.
Nomadic bands with no accumulated wealth?
In BC?
My God you are one ignorant white man.
