A lot of his rage is obvious in his Tweets.He can't deal with frustration in a constructive way. He has a pathological need to find someone to blame for just about everything that is negative in his view.......and congratulates himself for anything positive.
to put it in lay mans terms: he is a mental case. His mental state is being questioned by various respectable people now. (as they should ) His emotional state interferes with being any kind of effective leader.

You could be perfectly correct, Mowich, I'm still opting for the option of hysteria in the news sources. If it comes down to Trump being a total failure, then that's the way it is and probably most of it at his own hand. For us in Canada life will go on and probably much the same as it is now, so I don't think any of us should lose sleep. I'm still thinking Trump may end up with the last laugh. As for turnips they are damn good in a stew.............a good winter vegetable! Don't exactly know where you got that from!

Turnip = my nickname for the Donald. And you are right, they are great in stew - one of my favorite veggies.
Most but not all of his problems are indeed of his own doing, JLM. The fact that he surrounded by sycophants and enablers is also a factor. Trump is an outlier. His only loyalty is to himself and after that, his family. He revels in breaking all the normal rules and accepted conventions. His ego knows no bounds - none. In some ways he reminds me of Nixon who also feared the press and often felt that everybody was out to get him.............which in the end proved to be true. If the Donald follows a similar path, he too will be the author of his own defeat. Let it be so.
