Qualities of a Good Political Leader – More than six of ten Canadians (64.9%) believe Trudeau has the qualities of a good political leader while 51.3 per cent think similarly of Mulcair. Nanos Party Power Index – The Nanos Index which is a composite of a series of measures has the Liberals with 62.0 out of a possible 100 points followed by the Conservatives with 47.9 points, the NDP with 46.1 points, the Greens with 33.2 points and the BQ with 25.0 points.
