Since the leads are at a level that cannot be overcome what might happen is the vote count might be increased and the number would surpass the limit where the cost is picked up by the State and the recount start at the collection station so it cannot be rigged on a Statewide scale. If the vote error is higher than in the swing states that Hillary won with just a few votes then an automatic recount would be triggered and that crime took place at the highest levels rather than at the individual stations and that would mean Hillary and Obama and many others would have been actively involved in jiggling the numbers in an attempt that more support could be shown than what actually existed.
