I'd rather live in Canada where a knock on your door might be a couple of people waiting with a bunch of pamphlets and an "Awake" magazine.....than the Middle East where a knock on your door could mean a couple of people with sharp knives that tell you "praise allah"or off with your head.........

I'm not sure how many Rabbis you have chatted with but they are reluctant to get into the finer details of what the OT means specifically or even generally. As such religion is a distraction that serves the purpose of being the culprit behind all the unrest in the world.
There is a general feeling that Jews would be better at running the world over any other single group be they large or small and if the sectors they have the most influence today was to be examined their score might not be as high as they think it is. Education should be free, today student loans put a person into debt before they even have an income. When a group votes for themselves the rating is flawed, plain and simple. If the Jews did not buy at wholesale and sell at retail their income would decline to almost nothing, that is not a job description, that is defining a criminal activity.
Their outlook on the Bible is flawed just because they ignore what the NT has to say. They have nobody to blame but themselves when they ignore the Gospel of John and Revelations as they were written by a Disciple of John the Baptist.

That is why the book was left, so only certain things are said and they are as close to quotes as you can get. When you 'hear' 24 verses that contain the word 'grace' you have a general idea of what the voices have to say about that word. After you read the whole passage you should know as much about the term as it relates to the whole Bible as any Pope or Rabbi knows.

Israel, in Christian biblical terms, is NOT the political Jewish state in the Middle East. It is the Church of Christ, built on the Rock of Peter. This fully conforms to the prophetic vehicle of human destiny and faith expressed in Scripture.
There was great debate in 1948 as to what the name of the Jewish state should be, including Judea, Samaria or Zion. The latter, which historically has represented the political and geographical construct of Jewish nationalism, is by far the most accurate.
All of the Apocalyptic and Messianic interpretations of the formation of the State of Israel as signs of the End Times, totally misconstrue what the Scriptures are referring to by 'Israel'.
