Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

Steve is at home, watching the television, and laughing.

Despite what his opponents may say, M. Trou d'eau is walking the same path. Every politician does, regardless of party. Canada has not elected a capable PM in more years than anyone here can remember. These days, we just vote them out after they've ticked us off.

Lord, what fools these mortals be!

I miss Sir John A.

I can still smell the gin.

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

Why would anyone look for Harper? He made a big enough mess over the nine
years he ruled. Trudeau has a big mess and I hope he rebuilds the civil service
sooner than later. From an agriculture standpoint he is listening to us and our
new MP is working very hard for this riding as well. I didn't vote Liberal but I am
pleased with the way things are going so far
You must have missed the part where Canada weathered the economic downturn better then any other G 10 country .

PS
have you noticed that liberals also whip the vote ?

He ran one of the hardest working minority gov in the history of Canada.
LOL I wouldn't trust Trudeau to rebuild a grade 5 science project. He is a politician not a Do-er.

Harper made Canada what it is, we get it.Trudeau will do no better or worse. I think they are great Prime Ministers. Where's our fukkin gold?

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

So lets look at what trudOWE has done for Canada so far.
Made us the laughing stock of all none communist countries
Made us a dumping ground for refugees
Squandered about 3 billion of our money for projects outside Canada
Threatened to stop all industry on the West Coast
Made our dollar on par with the peso
Made up his cabinet according to PC with no basis on merit. Wants to do the same to the Senate
Not bad for three months. Even his father wasn't that bad. ALmost like he studied how jr. bush did worse than his pappa and is using that as a guide on how to polarize and destroy a country.

Well, he has to adhere to the Constitution that Daddy brought down, he has to be nice to people and let them do what they like! :) :)

Perhaps his bosses recalled him to Israel.

For some reason, this seemed appropriate.

Probably not, but I guess he would still be an improvement over what we have! Really capable people don't generally get into politics!

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

My guess is Harpo is still dazed and confused and babbling incoherently the name Duffy over and over again. and then setting up a security perimeter around his house so the terrorists and the liberals don't get him.
As a very controlling religious reformer he may be thinking about starting a cult that many on this forum would be willing to join ...LOL

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

I'm betting that Harper is relaxing and smiling and watching Trudeau make a fool of himself.
Harper is well off to be out of power during this economic disastrous time.
When conditions are bad the government always gets the blame. Fortunately Trudeau and his band of newbies will take the fall after their 4 years is up regardless of how desperately they try to blame the former government!

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

My guess is the second job as a religious reforming cult leader is now accepting applications.

If Harpo is sitting back smiling at the destruction of the economy in Canada it is of his own making.
And shows a sick statistic egotism that a large percentage of the Canadian citizens was sick and tired of dealing with.
In the last election you could have ran a springer spaniel and Labrador against him and he would have lost. And the mess he made would take any government close to a decade cleanup not 100 days.

Hateful aren't you? Why would you think Harper was sitting back smiling at the destruction of the economy in Canada? Do you feel better now?

I grieve for you.

Sorry, I have to strongly agree to strongly disagree. Harper was just more interested in doing things right than making friends. As my old man used to say a lot "Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind". :)

You were doing good, DM, up until the word "fortunately". I don't want to see Trudeau fail! :)

Perhaps he has gone commando in the Ukraine so he can take Putin on at a new level.

Harper sold his soul to another Nation, time to face the facts.

Somebody should get a pic of his hair after he has been rode hard and put up wet.

Can't be any worse looking than the ideologue that wrote the article

Judging by the completeness of depth of your description of cultish knowledge and back yard bunker ops, I can only guess that you operate your own cult-style militia chalk-full of loonies, nutbars and conspiracy theorists

My guess is the second job as a religious reforming cult leader is now accepting applications.

... Are you all a-feared that someone else is horning in on your schtick?

PS - not to worry, no one ~ and I mean no one ~ can match you for paranoid ideologicalness, so you really have nothing to worry about

Re: Have you seen this man? Stephen Harper’s disappearing act

Murphy
perhaps you should take the time and read the posts prior to mine

I grieve for conservative comprehension

...If Harpo is sitting back smiling at the destruction of the economy in Canada it is of his own making.
And shows a sick statistic egotism that a large percentage of the Canadian citizens was sick and tired of dealing with...

My reading skills are fine. I did not see any posts that suggested Harper was determined to ruin the economy, only your misinterpretation of what was posted.

I did see this. It appears to be jumbled up logic. "If he was sitting back smilling..." I wondered about your professional assessment of his mind and character. I believe you said his sitting back and smiling showed a "sick statistic egotism". I will bow to your professional diagnosis. I am not quite sure what "statistic egotism" actually is though. I'm not a psychologist.

Perhaps someone else can explain it.
