Of course they are, at the very least exagerate exagerate exagerate, it's going to take the new government years to undo the Harper Harmtime and cost billions In the end the dark times will be forgotten.
The not doing is as expensive, there is no reverse, going forward.

I don't think anyone should be surprised by this. The CONS ran a string of six consecutive deficits but magically when they election was called, they laid claim to a surplus which even the Post/Sun couldn't disguise their cynicism at.....

No one has ever been able to demonstrate that they DID focus on oil.
Actually, what the minister said was that the economic circumstances have worsened, which is hitting the government in the wallet.
It's all pure politics, apparently. Perhaps, the whole thing is just to complicted for any kind of accounting "truth" but I for one, feel like a swindled shareholder that's been given a fraudulent annual report and yes, no one party is any better or worse than the other. They are all swindlers.
