A large oak tree draws a lot of nutrients from the soil. Takes a lot to sustain the tree. But in the fall the oak tree loses its leaves which cover the surrounding area and eventually decompose and returns much more than it has taken. Not to mention the acorns that not only feed animals but perpetuate the species. In nature much more is given back that has been taken. Can we say that about the human species? I'll probably agree with Cliffy on this subject.

No not all of it. There's a beautiful side tooYup it's all just plastic .
I'll be driving around in a 1 ton service van that get's 8 miles to the gallon if we're lucky. Then I'll go home. Turn all 5 TV's on in the house, along with all the lights, turn the Hot tub to high with both pumps running and turn the furnace fan on to continuous run.

How does it give more than it took?
No answer to that one huh?
Cool. I got some to get rid of and some waste oil to get them going.
Found a new scam today. You can buy carbon credits with your aroplan miles.
What? Carbon offsets?
It just so happens that I have some in my pocket!
They're worth, ummm ... fif ... one hundred dollars each. How many of them would you like to buy from me, again?
No doubt look at my avatar .No not all of it. There's a beautiful side too
But if you pay me I will plant a tree in my orchard at enjoy it's fruit . $100.00 is great but $95.00 will do nicely .$100? Wow!!! $95 over the going rate of $5 per tonne if there were a carbon exchange.
