Had. How is the ozone layer doing? How about the rainforests? Do you still beat those drums? Why not? They aren't the soup d' jour?

Considering more people are becoming deniers, I disagree with your premise that those who promote any notion of AGW are champions of propaganda.

Had or looking at short term benefit over long term?

I know what I said but I see you're trying to understand it.

Did you know the northern boreal forests and grasslands are the real "lungs of the planet" or did you buy into the coffee cups will save the planet routine?

Is it acid rain or clearing land for food production - or the timber trade? Your two arguments conflict. Attempting to impersonate my ex will score you no points of understanding with me.

First you clear the forest, then you burn what is left then you have terra preta which grows food like f*cking crazy. In Canada and Russia that kind of soil (high char content) is called chernozem and is the reason you have a full belly and a had a lifetime to work making money without spending all your time growing your own food.

Should Amazonians be barred from making productive soil?

Peddling what? Freedom? Food for your family? Making a living so they too can have leisure time?

I'll ride that bike all day.
