People that fast have tons of energy,and can appear healthier than most.
There is this bias going around and well, you either feel that way or like me you say these people need a huge hand up.

I'm more interested in Grass Roots movements and people that try to make a difference by volunteering in hospitals or food banks.
Something , anything that actually ignores the corruption of politics and a media bent on lobbying one particular party.
