Five people walk off a plane in Palestine. Four are naive and don't know much about propaganda yet. The fifth is an infiltrator working for the "Stop the ISM". He suggests they pose for some pictures with the Palestinian polce. He suggests they mug it up for the cameras while holding the Palestinian police officer firearms. Later when the newbies get their ISM training they are told that they cannot go near anything which resembles a weapon. The ISM demands they delete the images. The infiltrator disappears and the images end up in the hands of Kaplan who uses them to write a BS piece about the ISM being a violent group which supports terrorism.

IMO, that's what happened. But if you believe the ISM is involved in terrorism, or has committed violent acts, perhaps you can reference some evidence support Kaplan's BS?

.

Another admitted fantasy of yours?

Wow you're pretty desperate aren't you? Do you think just mixing everything up is going to help you?
Awww...isn't that sweet. Does someone need a hug? lol
I am pretty sure you also know Kaplan's piece is mostly BS and misrepresents who the ISM is and what they do.

My opinion that the people in the photograph probably never handled a firearm is based what appears to be muzzle control/awareness issues and hand placement... (like they've never fired a firearm or felt the recoil).

I'm curious to know Colpy's opinion why he feels these people don't know what they are doing.

One thing i wonder about what is said,i don't think police officers would ever let a civilian handle the guns,it would be suicidal.

Neither Kaplan nor the ISM explain that unlikeliness... ie that a militant or a police officer would allow their weapon to be handled by tourists/volunteers/ISM leaders/organizers

(The ISM claims the men in uniforms are Palestinian police. Kaplan claims they are members of a militant group. Likely both assertions are correct)

The ISM clearly misrepresents who they are as shown by the photos of their members.

Oh please, mishandling of a firearm has absolutely nothing to do with it. How do people get off a plane and have immediate access to AK-47s and are trusted enough to hold them? How do they have access to terrorists so quickly?

And look who's become a firearms expert all of a sudden.

You FAIL.

I am not an expert regarding firearms. I handled firearms in my youth. I prefer a camera now. I support regulated hunting, but I can't do it myself. (no heart for it). I don't own firearms any more, but I used to have a .22 rifle, 12 ga shotgun and a .308 rifle.. I sold them years ago before I had to register them. The last time I handled a firearm was about 5 years ago, under the supervision of a firearm instructor in a legally registered shooting range.

I have read many posts by Colpy regarding firearms, and he's convinced me he knows what he's talking about. IMO, Colpy's expert opinion regarding firearm handling has merit.

My less than expert opinion is that the people in the photograph probably never handled a firearm is based what appears to be muzzle control/awareness issues and hand placement... (like they've never fired a firearm or felt the recoil).

California Passes Resolution Defining Criticism of Israel as anti-Semitism

Last month, the California State Assembly passed a resolution urging state educational institutions to more aggressively crack down on criticism of the State of Israel on campuses, which the resolution defines as “anti-Semitism.” The anti-democratic resolution is the latest step in the broader campaign to stifle and suppress dissent on California's increasingly volatile campuses.
The California State Assembly is the lower house of the state legislature, consisting of 80 members. The resolution—H.R. 35: “Relative to anti-Semitism”—was passed by a vote of 66 to 80, including a majority of both Republicans and Democrats in the Assembly.
The resolution was drafted by Republican Linda Halderman and passed without public discussion. The vote on the resolution came when most students were between semesters and away from their campuses.

Who pushed to have this "law"?
in a free society everyone has the right to critic any injustice he sees,no matter in which nation it happen.

Its as dumb as when people criticized GWB,and other pricks branded them "Anti American" like GWB was America.

When will the insanity stop?

I agree with this statement. It seems unlikely.

Plausible is that XXXX XXXXXX is more than just an "Stop the ISM" infiltrator.. I judge XXXX's tactics as non-violent. No one was physically harmed by his actions. I would classify XXXX as a type of non-violent activist. I oppose publishing XXXX's name on the internet. by anyone. If any harm came to XXXX, I would support holding those responsible accountable for identifying XXXX accountable for their actions... even if they weren't primarily responsible. They'd have blood on their hands.

I obviously don't support Kaplan's efforts to "Stop the ISM". (His organization) He uses deception liberally to accomplish his goals.

Kaplan's attempts to deceptively use XXXX's images to decrease support for the ISM is non-violent. So my beef isn't even with his tactics. I'm just not falling for it and I don't mind sharing why with anyone following this thread. Kaplan's portrayal of them as gun-toting terrorist ISM leaders seems unlikely. More likely they are young activists on a adventure, motivated by a sincere desire to fight oppression and injustice non-violently. Colpy calls them useful idiots (correction: "idiots" and deserving of a "posthumous Darwin Award".).

My beef here is that Kaplan's actions may endanger non-violent activist safety.. If any of these people are harmed as a result of Kaplan's actions, I would also support holding Kaplan accountable for the part he played... even if it wasn't a primary role.

Freedom of speech has limits. Shouting Fire in a crowded Theater for example. If Kaplan's deliberately inaccurate portrayal of the ISM led to violence ie murder, Kaplan would have blood on his hands.

Sleep well! (sarcasm alert)

Ya think?!

Colpy calls them useful idiots.
He does does he? Lets see what Colpy REALLY said shall we?

As for this bunch of idiots, just the way they are handling the weapons screams "I have NO idea what I am doing with this thing".

Well now... there you go again EAO. More lies and more manipulation of people's posts. And you have the audacity to criticize others and their posts.

Correction:

Colpy: "idiots" and deserving of a "posthumous Darwin Award".

Busted in a lie again huh EAO? More of your manipulations of what people say. Colpy never used the word "useful" but why is that to stop you for changing what he said so it suits you.

You have ZERO CREDIBILITY in this forum behavior such as this.

Very soon we won't be able to criticize the law making criticism of Israel illegal and then we won't be able to criticize the government who passed the law and then we will be told it is gods will.

I can also post pictures of the children on the receiving end of those shells if you like. They don't look nearly so gleeful unfortunately.

...The "open war" in Lebanon and Israel has hit close to home. So far, nine Canadians — four of them children — have been killed in the cross-border conflict. On July 16, 2006, an Israeli air raid hit Aitaroun, a Lebanese town bordering Israel, killing seven Canadians, including four children. Three were seriously wounded, one of whom later succumbed to his injuries. The blasts levelled a house nearby where the Canadians had been hiding for three days, crushing the victims, according to reports from Lebanon. Israel has acknowledged carrying out the attack...
CBC News In Depth: Middle East in Crisis

I think teaching children to hate is a bad idea, no matter who does it. Also children have no business being anywhere near heavy artillery and high explosive shells. It could be argued that these children are acting as human shields used to defend legitimate Israeli military targets from attack.

How about a few pics of schools and busses in Israel blown up by muzzie terrorists for balance.
Oh I forgot balance and protecting the innocent is not your style.

One side sends the "useful idiots" on suicide mission,in the hope of shaging virgins in paradise.
The other side react by sending high speed jet fighters to kill a few guys, but as usual, others get the bomb dropped on them.

Don't the Mossad have the "allegedly" best intel in the world of counter terrorism?

I never posted any war porn. Just images of children writing sarcastic messages of hate on shells which would soon be used to blow people up... including children about the same age as those writing on the shells. The Canadian family was an example... although they were killed by an airstrike, not heavy artillery, but I see little difference between writing on one type of ordinance vs another.

Now if I was like Kaplan, I'd have written a diatribe regarding required Israeli elementary school curriculum references those images in order to create an erroneous perception of the Israeli education system.... after all, those are school children in that photo... This could have been a school field trip... twisting it like that would be similar to Kaplan's creative writing style.

BTW, I gave you a thumbs up, not just because I agree with the above statement. (I also thought, those people look like they've never handled a firearm.) I gave you a thumbs up, because you give your honest opinions and for the most part refrain from personal attacks and name calling. You are a class act. I am glad you are a regular on this forum and I enjoy reading your posts... even if I seldom agree with your opinions.

You do know he thinks you're an idiot and that you hate Jews right?

He's only said it at least half a dozen times.

Whcih is the only difference between him and I. I've said it at least 4 dozen times, and proved it 4 times.
