I know this information will blow your mind but apparently operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana increases your chances of having an accident:

Who would have thought that a perception altering drug would affect your ability to operate a motor vehicle?

Zero chance of cross country on the wet coast unless some kind of machine has made a trail ahead of you. There are a few free car washes along the road although the towing bill for removal is usually pretty steep.

Give them a bowl of burnt chile. If they eat it, they go to jail. Simple.

Don't you think that would be punishment enough. Someone has to clean the jails.
