My words that I said "I am very sorry that the hurricane missed you" this is concerning Kakato because he reviled God and the Quran.

The American people have to be grateful to God
They have to show gratitude to God Most Gracious that He - till now - have avoided them this huge and dangerous hurricane, which now seems to get less and less.
None could have guessed the consequences of such disastrous wind; the only way of dealing with it is only to escape and leave the dangerous area.
So at the time of danger, people should supplicate God Most Gracious, then when the danger is away, will they not be thankful?
(When We show favor to man, he withdraws [in aversion] and turns himself aside;
but when distress touches him then he abounds in prayer.
Say: "Will you consider: if the [Quran] is [really] from God, and yet do you reject it!? Who is more astray than one who is in a contradiction far [from the truth]?")
The above between brackets is the explanation of the Quran 41: 51-52
وَإِذَا أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الْإِنسَانِ أَعْرَضَ وَنَأى بِجَانِبِهِ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ فَذُو دُعَاء عَرِيضٍ

If your God is so fragile that he can't tolerate disagreement, then he's not much of a God. Sounds more like a wimpy crybaby to me.
