The Canadian legal system does allow referring the resolution of minor crimes to First Nation healing circles provided all stakeholders agree.
It's called diversion. Similarly, available to anyone, as the case may be.

The law also respects contracts written within the spectrum of Islamic, Jewish or Canadian civil law. Respectfully, equally.

This murderer does not resemble but only himself; he does not resemble Christians who are our friends and neighbors and citizens.

Even Jews were - in our country - Jews were our friends: of course our fathers and mothers told us that. They were neighbors visiting each other and befreinds with each other: some Jews even converted like Dr. Ahmed Soosa.

This was until Zionists appeared and captured Palestine of course supported by UK and USA.

And one of my relatives: he is a specialized engineer graduated at USA, now retired and an elderly: he told me that when some sedition occurred in the country, many Jewish families came to thier house and stayed with them until danger was away. And they recognized this favor for them, and they were good neighbours.

Therefore, such fanatic murderous men do not resemble their people: they resemble themselves only.

Actually, they weren't supported by the US or UK until after the Arab world showed it's own "good neighbour" policy. Israel had to buy used Spitfires and Messerschmidts from Czechoslovakian arms dealers. Feel free to Google.

No, this in fact is wrong.

Truly, the coming of Zionist Jews to Palestine to settle there, and the driving away of the Palestinian people from their homeland by the armed Zionist gangs was the start.
Balfour’s Declaration—November, 2, 1917

While the support of UK and USA is very obvious to all the world.

As I said: the invasion of Palestine by the Zionist gangs: armed and trained is something very obvious and undeniable.
These Zionist gangs started to terrify people; that Zionist terrorism was by committing many massacres killing all civilian people: men, women and children; like what happened in Deir Yassin:
Deir Yassin massacre - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Such and other similar massacres carried out by the Zionist armed gangs and bands --> led to the 1948 Palestinian exodus.

Israel was handicapped by trouble-makers and haters within its numbers just the same as the Arab world is hampered by trouble-makers and haters within its own. Though not in the majority, they are the bad apples that spoil the whole bin. If you fail to recognize that FACT then you are as ill informed and ignorant as they you choose to oppose.

The Arabs themselves admitted that the Deir Yassin Massacre was Arab propaganda. The intent was to rally Arab troops and fighters...

... instead they and all the villagers ran!

We are contemporary to these events which are not any propaganda.
They are debts which are to be repaid.

Breivik police question ‘Fjordman’

August 4, 2011

The anonymous blogger “Fjordman,” who is repeatedly referenced in the manifesto of Oslo and Utøya terrorist attacks suspect Anders Behring Breivik, was being questioned by Norwegian police on Thursday afternoon after authorities found out his real identity. The international links between Breivik and other far right groups have also continued to be revealed, as well as the suspect’s financial details and a number of other new facts about the case.

The police had been looking for the man behind “Fjordman” for some time, and were eventually able to ascertain his identity on Wednesday. Police reported that they had received “decent” answers during the interrogations but would not go into further detail. Spokesperson Pål-Fredrik Hjort Kraby told Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) that “Fjordman” was seen as an “especially central” witness for the case given the influence he appears to have had on the suspect. “Fjordman” had finished his own blog in 2005 but made a public statement on the Gates of Vienna website after the Oslo and Utøya attacks to reject claims that he was Breivik. The blogger said that he “extremely disliked” being mentioned in Breivik’s writings, claiming that he has “never” met the terror suspect. He had continued to contribute to such foreign far right websites after ending his own blog.
Russian links and ‘travelling’ disclosed
The police investigation into the attacks is now over 100 officers strong, and working on 22 separate areas of inquiry. Police from other countries are also helping the part of the investigation looking at online far right activity that might be connected to Breivik

I suspect at least a few people around nutjob knew what he was planning and either said nothing or worse helped him prepare. They should be held accountable for the actions.

Canada's laws allow freedom of expression. US law allow freedom of speech. Norway has freedom of speech, provided you get police permission first...

All freedoms have limits. Free speech does not include the right to falsely yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater. Anyone who does this is responsible for the consequences of their actions.

If any of nutjob's referenced neocon websites threatened or incited violence against moderate political leaders, then they should be held accountable for their actions.

You are treading on VERY dangerous ground.

The guy in Norway was a ****ing LUNATIC, Okay? He had no group backing him, he was not part of any organization, nor did he have any coherent political philosophy.

He quoted, among others, Thomas Jefferson, and Winston Churchill, both of whom advocated violence against others. I suppose we should dig them up and prosecute them, or go through their writings and let a bunch of statist lefty, freedom-hating government bureaucrats decide what part should be banned.......

If it makes you feel better, we can pretend he wasn't christian or right-wing.

No pretense necessary....he denied his own Christianity.........

And I usually don't try to assign any particular political philosophy to screaming deluded crazy people, but, to steal from George Jonas.....the fact a nut says 2 + 2 = 4 does not make it untrue.

A cultural christian is still a christian, but since you don't assign any particular philosophy to crazy deluded people, it really shouldn't bug you that much.

Ohhhh....I see.....

He was western, yes. He was NOT a Christian, any more than a Jew or a Deist or a Wiccan is Christian......although they may well come from a western society........

The Christian label is nothing more than a smear. It is disgraceful in its intent to colour a religion of forgiveness and choice in a shroud of murder.

You rarely heard anyone calling Saddam Hussein a "Muslim"......even though he claimed to be........that was not a primary factor in his mass murders....

Unlike the hundreds of Muslim terrorists that go rampaging and murdering calling out "Allah Akbar"....................that murder in the name of their God.

The attempt to smear Christians with the same brush is not only disgusting, it is lame.
