Yes, those are all CRIMES. Big difference between INVASION ..particularly military invasion.

Did those CRIMINALS stay and occupy NYC??? Did they keep slaughtering, the people. Did they build massive embassies?? and military bases without even getting permission. They committed a major crime. But there is plenty of doubt about it going down like what the bush regime indicated. There are too many REASONABLE questions about that event to swallow the "official " explanation as is. But folks are not interested in the TRUTH. They want REVENGE. So on the emotional wave of wanting revenge....the USG decided that a few invasions were called for .......one of which had become personal to him.

Now.... There are ILLEGAL MILITARY INVASIONS..........like the Iraq mess. But the invaders are not all that caring about how legal it is as they cover their butts with legal double talk ......that the average person has no clue about.

One could say that each time it makes a verbal threat it is terrorizing. The REALITY IS that no form of terrorism is right. Terrorism is an act of despair , anger, that has been building for years. It is also as old as mankind. Intimidation has been a powerful tool for all nations. Particularly those that see themselves as very powerful . The single most important factor in distinguishing the difference between a 'crime' and a 'terrorist act' is founded in the motivation and intent of the act... There is no way that anyone can state that the events surrounding the 2 mentally handicapped women or the event with the school girls were solely personal attacks on those people... There was a specific message sent out to a 'community' with a specific message for all.
