Are we a whole nation or not?

We are not. We currently have too many people in this country that believe we are a collection of nations. I personally would like to see that change and have been labeled anti-Kweebeck and a racist for my views.

As for the NDP, they either have to placate to Kweebeck and lose what little cred they have in the ROC or they look after the ROC and lose it in Kweebeck. There are far too many selfish people casting votes in Kweebeck. I fear the same sentiment may occur in Albera when enough people get tired of the status quo. There is a lot riding on what happens with the Liberal party.

At least he clarified that he isn't in fact a nutter, gotta give him credit for that. You on the other hand....

Actually, in fact he is a nutter. That's why he made the statement in the first place. It wasn't until afterwards that there was a public outcry about how ridiculous his statement was that his party told him to recant his statement. So he really is a nutter !

You don't follow politics or the news too closely, do you. I know, you just a follower, and follow the herd mentality,,, eh!!

I'm pissed!

I went to Vegas in April and nobody elected me to Parliament while I was away....

WAHHHHH!!!!!!!

The problem was is that you were with the wrong party.

You had to dumb and belong to the NDs, then you would have been a shoe-in!!

Well, if this is the kind of stupidity we are to expect from the NDP.......the Liberals will be back soon.

And the Conservatives will rule for a long, long time.

And this idiot is not a newbie, he is the Deputy Leader!!!!

NDP deputy leader doubts bin Laden photos exist - Politics - CBC News

He is promoting a conspiracy theory!!! lol!!!

And the idiot actually thinks anybody with an IQ higher than the temperature of luke-warm water (celcius) gives a crap whether Osama was armed......

Absolutely beyond belief.

The official opposition.

(face palm)

It's embarrasing.

First off, you can't judge an entire party on teh basis of one MP. Even the NDP officially opposed his comment later. It's ridiculous to blame the party for the candidates or MPs. Again, that's why people should vote for their candidate not their party.

Well, the guy is Deputy Leader.... :)

Hardly just one MP.

And, unfortunately, your candidate has been nothing but a trained seal since Trudeau referred to the backbenchers as "those nobodies" and began ruling from the cabinet room.

You really have no room to speak until Harper starts doing something worthwhile this term.

The fact of the matter is that people will do this regardless of what makes sense.

His term hasn't really started yet, let's not jump to any conclusions.

Yes, but in a forum where hopefully we are all trying to stay reasonable, we should strive for a standard a bit higher than other people.

his platform was a 'stay the course' platform, so although I apreciate what you are saying, one might want to consider that he has already started.

What is in the future for the NDP? That is obvious. They will become more fully corrupted to and by alien power until they comply fully with the money endorsed model of the perfectly co opted lowest common denominator of the democratic form. They will suck at the trough with no remnant of shame just like the rest of the pretenders.

Unfortunately, I think your hyperbole is somewhat accurate.

Need your diaper changed again?

What a horrible thing for someone to book a vaction before an election is called and actually going on that vaction because it's bought and paid for.
