Good grief, thanks to liberal lickspittles that infest our judiciary and activist judges, you can kill a man in cold blood and not spend a day in prison. On the other side of the coin, you can go to jail for detaining a chronic shoplifters that plague small shop keepers. Thankfully Harper is doing something about it!

I dunno about you, but I think the law in Canada is out of control, and even a drunk redneck posse from Alberta could do a better job of dispensing justice than the hairy chested feminists, the flakey social justice types, and the other poltroons, ninnies and flimps that pose as judges.

The law belongs to we the people, not they the politicians. The law should be about justice and not about lawyers filling their pockets.

I would support a law which makes it clear what citizens can do and can't do to protect their property. I'm against vigilantism or unnecessary violence. For example, shooting a 12 year old stealing a chocolate bar would too extreme the other way.

My question would be...since there are no "property rights" enshrined in our Consitution, how would a protection of property law work?
I agree that clarifying what we, as citizens, are allowed to do to protect ourselves, but some jerkoff will likely "get off" because someone will find a loop hole regarding said property. Or am I just delusional?

There are legal and banking definitions for property and several provinces have acts for property in those terms but none for your residence.

Mayny people also confuse their human rights with Charter rights which are affordered to Persons and not humans.
