Charge her with what?
she quite clearly attempted to hit Rand Paul in the face with her sign in the video that shows what happened earlier. 'attempted assault'?

I didn't see that. I saw a lot of people jostling her as she got close to the suv with her sign. If she wanted to commit battery then she would have used a weapon. A sign is not a weapon. I accept that she wanted him to see the sign and approached, but there was no attempted battery here. The only battery came from Gop supporters hitting her and one stomping on her head while she was down on the ground being held.
Really, when she starts shoving an object into someone else's vehicle, right where their face is, I think she crossed a line between trying to show it to him, and directly forcing the sign to occupy the space meant to be occupied by his head.
You know, rewatching it, I don't know mentalfloss. Yeah, she does seem to try to turn it, but she does push it at the window.... I can see where it was taken threateningly. I can't help but ask, had some teaparty supporter done the same to a democratic candidate, what would the reaction be?
Mentalfloss has got it! She never once put the sign in the vehicle. She did turn it so that what was printed on the sign was facing the vehicle and was mobbed and as we have seen, pushed to the ground, subdued and the man stepped on her shoulder and then stomped on her.
There is a huge difference between coming near someone in protest and attempting to commit a battery. This crap of almost touching someone is criminal battery has got to stop especially where people are protesting.
If someone is feeling that threatened shouldn't they have the windows rolled up?
At the same time Unf, this crap of thinking you can get into someone's space when you ARE protesting, and not expect your actions to be taken threateningly in that environment, is crap. If I, sitting here, can see how her actions could be taken threateningly, imagine how supporters looking at it from other angles can see it too. And no... that doesn't excuse physical violence... I think bub was ten times more 'wrong' than she was, but, she didn't do 'nothing'.
Violence is usually the weapon of the Left, .
Violence is usually the weapon of the Left, capably and expertly lead by Union thugs, who learned the craft by a long history of beatings, leg-breakings, home-burnings, tire-slashings and any and all other sorts of intimidation of those who have the temerity of wanting to support their families and the gall to claim right to work.
Supported by their like-minded goons, known as Black Panthers.
In all fairness, it barely made it through, and it's blatantly obvious that there was no intent to harm anyone inside the vehicle.
