32% of people believe there is not a constitional right to build anything you want anywhere you want is equated to 32% of people believe Muslims should be second class citizens. Who's making a leap again?
Edit: Either way, go ahead and edit the response to say 32% of American believe Muslims should be second class citizens if you want. It doesn't change the point of the article.

Whether or not you think the Islamic cultural centre and mosque should be built near the World Trade Center site, do you think that Muslims have a constitutional right to build a mosque there?
If there is no issues with by-laws or zoning or ownership, then they do have a right to build the church there. If government now steps in, whether at state or the local level because of the political pressure, and halts the process, that is limiting the free exercise of a right, and if people don't think this applies to the Muslims in this case, it does mean that they are second class citizens.
