Is reincarnation real?

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around it..........Maybe it's bad in the short term and good in the long term.
Maybe more than you think, there may be a lot of people who appear to be unscathed, but who suffer with tortured minds.....it's tough to escape your conscience, unless you are a total psychopath.
Neither are we. What is real when you live in the Matrix. We are all just god/godess/the all that is/universe experimenting with possibilities. We are no more than a dream of the dreamer.

There isn't any reincarnation or transmigration of souls
Jews, Bahai and many other sects believe there is the reincarnation; Jews say if the man is righteous then his soul will be reincarnated in some child of the kings and rich men, while if he is wicked and evil then his soul will be reincarnated in the body of some animals.
But all this is false and imagination and delusions. It is only guessing, deeming something that they wish, which is not any real.
Man lives two lives: material in this World and spiritual in the afterlife;
one is the material one in this World, then he dies and his soul or spirit will separate from his body;
then if he is righteous and devoted to God alone without associating with God any other being
→ then he will prosper in the afterlife.

While if man is atheist, disbeliever, idolater and one that associates Jesus, Moses, Ali or others with God in addition to wronging people → then he will lose and suffer in his afterlife.
Then when man dies, he will not return to this World to live again in his material life.
This is in the Quran 23: 99-100
حَتَّى إِذَا جَاء أَحَدَهُمُ الْمَوْتُ قَالَ رَبِّ ارْجِعُونِ .لَعَلِّي أَعْمَلُ صَالِحًا فِيمَا تَرَكْتُ كَلَّا إِنَّهَا كَلِمَةٌ هُوَ قَائِلُهَا وَمِن وَرَائِهِم بَرْزَخٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
The explanation:
(Till when death comes to one of them, he says: "O [angels of] my Lord, return me [to the Worldly life.]"

I once went to a holloween party as a bishop. When I looked in the mirror, it scared the crap out of me. It was like deja vu.
how do you explain that feeling of Dejavue ,never been to a place before but everything seems so familiar ,could this be the answer to reincarnation and an argument that reincarnation does infact exist .Are we to believe that this is the only life we get ,and once its over thats it.
Why are some lifes short lived and others long ,or is that just fate.
