Nobody was killed? It was all made up to railroad him?

You seem to have some kind of psychological block when it comes to matters of self-defense.........not only on this case, but in general.

If I am in immediate danger of death or grievous bodily harm, then I can defend myself, and my attacker's death is NOT a crime.

He's an indigent?

An applicant, including an applicant who is a minor or an adult tax-dependent person, is indigent if the applicant’s income is equal to or below 200 percent of the then-current federal poverty guidelines prescribed for the size of the household of the applicant by the United States Department of Health and Human Services or if the person is receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families-Cash Assistance, poverty-related veterans’ benefits, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Court records show he and his wife spent $135,000 on car payments, credit card bills, cell phones, cable Internet and bulletproof vests.

Where does an indigent come up with $135K?

Court records show money has poured into a PayPal account that Zimmerman set up to raise money for his legal defense. In April, he raised $1,000 a day and $64,000 on its best day.

And another $77,000 from another defense fund but his lawyers haven't seen a single penny?

The message appears to be from Zimmerman's legal team, which promises that lead attorney Mark O'Mara and his team "have not been paid a cent for their services," even though the note does add that "some staffers work for far less than they deserve." Still, this would mean that since January 2, Zimmerman has spent a lot on a defense that has done little more legal good than court prep work and the mounting of a public smear campaign that's not even admissible in court: According to the GZ Defense Fund site, donations totaled $314,099.07 as of January 2; according to The Orlando Sentinel, Zimmerman's backersraised another $54,000 between January 2 and March 7, after putting out a call for more money on January 30. The donations, as the website stated in a January update, went toward expenses like Zimmerman's bail bond ($95,000), living expenses ($61,747.54), and security ($56,100.00). As for his legal team, the site states that $40,647.64 went to "law firm support and infrastructure" and $35,588.07 went to "case-related expenses." Yes, George Zimmerman's case is expensive, and his supporters have footed the pricey bill.

Will he be paying those donations back?

Another liar

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/08/29/us/florida-zimmermans-wife-strikes-deal.html?ref=us

Shellie Zimmerman, the wife of George Zimmerman, accepted a plea deal on Wednesday on a perjury charge of lying to the court during one of Mr. Zimmerman’s bond hearings. She will serve one year of probation, do 100 hours of community service and write an apology to Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. The deal allowed Ms. Zimmerman, a nursing student, to plead guilty to a less serious perjury charge rather than the original felony charge. Ms. Zimmerman lied to Judge Lester about the couple’s finances, saying they had no money. In fact, they had received more than $130,000 in donations from a Web site Mr. Zimmerman set up for his defense against a murder charge in the death of Trayvon Martin. The lie was revealed after prosecutors introduced recorded jailhouse phone conversations between the Zimmermans.

Zimmerman Legal Defense Funds Going to Soon to Be Ex-Wife

George Zimmerman's wife filed for divorce Thursday evening, her lawyer confirmed, less than two months after the former Neighborhood Watch volunteer was acquitted of murder in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
Shellie Zimmerman, 26, was not available for comment, but her attorney confirmed their marriage was over.

"After much soul searching and recent disappointments, Shellie feels compelled to officially end her six-year marriage to George Michael Zimmerman," said attorney Kelly Sims.[...]
The couple separated Aug. 13, according to her divorce filing, and Shellie Zimmerman wants a judge to award her custody of both dogs, Oso, 2-year-old, 120-pound Rottweiler and Leroy, an 8-year-old mixed breed.
"The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," the pleading says.

Shellie Zimmerman is asking for an "equitable distribution" of their assets, property and debts.

She has no income but $12,729 in assets – mostly her 2009 Honda Accord – and $103,756 in debts – mostly school loans, an auto loan and credit card bills.

Since they split, he has given her $4,300 from his legal defense fund, according to the affidavit.

On his website, “therealgeorgezimmerman.com,” Zimmerman wrote “I have been forced to leave my home, my school,
my employer, my family and ultimately my entire life.”

The website contained a link to PayPal. Zimmerman wrote that “Any funds provided are used only for living expenses
and legal defense, in lieu of my forced inability to maintain employment.”

Shellie Zimmerman was charged with perjury in June 2012 after she lied to the court about the $135,000 accumulated
from donors to her husband’s sad cause.

At a bond hearing last year, Zimmerman told Judge Kenneth Lester that she and her husband had no money
to help with his legal defense.

The couple’s bank accounts showed that $74,000 was transferred from Mr. Zimmerman’s account
to his wife’s during the five days before the bond hearing.

Another almost $50,000 was transferred to Zimmerman’s sister’s account.

Additionally, recorded jail phone calls reveal that the Zimmermans discussed the money transfers in coded language,
in the days before the bond hearing.

They also talked about transferring money to Zimmerman’s sister’s account and about removing money from a safety deposit box,
according to an affidavit from the state attorney’s office.

I wonder if the NRA still thinks George Zimmerman's family is "safer" with a gun in the house?

I think wifey knows a secret and it's haunting her..................

No charges filed in George Zimmerman's alleged gun threat against wife

He punched my dad in the nose, my dad has a mark on the nose. I saw his glasses were on the floor," Shellie Zimmerman said in the call. "He then accosted my father then took my iPad out of my hands. He then smashed it and cut it with a pocketknife, and there is a Lake Mary city worker across the street that I believe saw all of it."

The 911 call was placed after a shoving match between Shellie's father and her now estranged husband, George. The couple crossed paths while moving things out of their home.

Hours later, Shellie Zimmerman changed her story and said she never saw a firearm, said Bracknell. For the time being, "domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

Shellie Zimmerman and her father left the home just after 4 p.m. George Zimmerman was spotted by Local 6 news helicopter Sky 6 standing outside of the home with police, wearing a flannel shirt and baseball cap.

George Zimmerman cooperated with police and was calm, according to police, but is accusing Shellie Zimmerman of being the aggressor in the conflict.

As of Monday night, no arrests have been made and George Zimmerman is "no longer in investigative detention," according to police.

Police are investigating the incident as a domestic battery and have retrieved the home surveillance videos from David Dean, Shellie's father. If they find evidence that a crime occurred, charges could be filed later.
