Problems for New Mexico Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham have largely flown under the radar as leader of a state overlooked by the legacy press corps.

By Tristan Justice
MAY 25, 2021

Searchlight New Mexico, an independent investigative non-profit organization, broke the news last week that Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s office supported using the encrypted messaging app Signal to conceal communications among staff.

Attorney General Wanted Lockdown-Defying Restaurant Owner Arrested Before Going On Fox News

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel: ‘We should just have her picked up before she goes on’

By Jamie A. Hope and Tom Gantert | June 11, 2021

Start of the article

After learning that a Holland woman who defied state lockdown orders by keeping her restaurant open might go on Fox News to tell her story, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said in a March 12, 2021, email to her staff:

“Do we know her whereabouts? We should just have her picked up before she goes on. This is outrageous.”

Restaurant owner Marlena Hackney was arrested by the Michigan State Police seven days later, on March 19.

Nessel sent the email after learning from staffers that Hackney would be interviewed by Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

The Mackinac Center for Public Policy obtained the email exchange after filing a Freedom of Information Act request with the Department of the Attorney General. It had sought documents related to Hackney’s case.

Eileen Whipple, an assistant attorney general, sent an email to Nessel and others in the office, alerting them to Hackney’s planned television appearance....More

According to a poll I just read about, when 30% of the millennials say that police should be banned completely, that communism should be 'tried" and personal property should no longer be allowed as all property should be "managed' by government, one can clearly see that we're in for the fight of our lives!! I suppose that's why they want to kill history so no one remembers that all of this has been tried and completely failed numerous times. But hey, lets try it again.

IRONY ALERT: Self-Righteous Schiff Throws A Fit Over Seized Phone Records

Spare me the pious lecture and phony indignation

When Schiff learned last Thursday that his phone records had been collected he predictably accused Trump of using the DOJ as a “cudgel against his political opponents and members of the media.” The House Democrat called it “a blatant attack on our democracy.” Cue the feigned outrage and sanctimony.

The insufferably self-righteous Schiff didn’t bother to note that he was guilty of engaging in the exact same tactics. Moreover, he was counting on the mainstream media to conceal it. Naturally, they complied.

Here’s a quick refresher on Schiff’s duplicity:

  • During the Trump impeachment proceedings in 2019, he secretly subpoenaed the phone records of ranking Intelligence Republican Devin Nunes of California, Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jay Sekulow, attorney Victoria Toensing, journalist John Solomon, Fox News host Sean Hannity, and others.
  • Schiff secured the records from a telecommunications provider, just as the DOJ had done. But whereas the Justice Department endeavored to locate criminal leaks of classified information, Schiff was simply snooping on political opponents or, as The Wall Street Journal called it, “abusing surveillance powers for drive-by-smears of Republicans and a free press.”
  • Schiff then compounded the injustice by publishing the call records and some telephone numbers of those he had targeted. All the while, he refused to turn over any of his own electronic communications with the impeachment press and the so-called “whistleblower.”
  • When the watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit seeking access to Schiff’s secretive subpoenas to determine whether he had abused the power of his office, he fought to keep them sealed despite his repeated commitments to transparency.
  • Citing the Speech and Debate Clause of the Constitution, Schiff told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that he had unlimited surveillance power and unfettered authority to invade the privacy rights of American citizens without notice. Sadly, the liberal-dominated panel of judges agreed.
Its decision to give Schiff a free pass that allows him to cover up his suspected abuse is as frightening as Schiff’s assertion of absolute power to do as he pleases, even if it includes exploiting the legal process for partisan gain and trampling on Fourth Amendment rights. Apparently, the notion of an open and transparent government is an illusion for suckers. The term “public records” doesn’t mean what it says.

Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein Lists $41 Million Waterfront Lake Tahoe Estate

How does a senator making $160,000 a year afford a $41 million vacation home?

Dianne Feinstein and her 3rd husband Richard Blum whom she married in 1980 made MILLIONS off of their financial interests in China.

Richard Blum’s investments in China ballooned after his wife Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat, was elected to the Senate in 1992.

Feinstein hired a Chinese spy in 1993 only to see her husband’s businesses flourish.

It leaves very little doubt Dianne Feinstein accidentally hired a Chinese spy as one of her office managers then quietly retired him after others she found out.....More
