Trump’s campaign has failed to make any real headway in court without proof of widespread fraud, which experts widely agree doesn’t exist. Over the course of a single day this week, Trump and his Republican allies dropped or lost cases seeking to block the certification of election results in four different states.

Which experts are those that widely agree ? Did you see the poll where 37% of Democrats believe the election was rigged against Trump . Do those experts agree ?

99% of those cases were private lawsuits, supported by the Trump team, that were rejected by not enough evidence to overturn the results. Trump's lawyers are going to start the legal assault next week and it started with Kemp having doubts with valid voter signatures, opening the door.

You're correct in that multiple private lawsuits, supported by the Trump team were rejected. However the article I posted spoke to cases that, for the most part, were conducted by Trump's campaign.

I suppose we will soon know what Trump's lawyers have up their collective sleeves to mount this legal assault you speak of. If it's the same evidence that was presented in Pennsylvania by Trump's team, according to what the judge said, it seemed to be pretty weak. I don't think that case can be brought us again since the judge dismissed it with prejudice. Rudy said that was what he wanted though, to push faster the case to the Supreme Court, time will tell.

Trump, aides have discussed plans to pardon Michael Flynn: reports

U.S. President Donald Trump has discussed plans to pardon his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, according to U.S. media reports.

A person familiar with discussions between Trump and his aides told The New York Times that the Republican president plans to pardon Flynn before leaving office.

However, three sources told CNN that Trump could still change his mind about pardoning Flynn.

According to the New York Times report, Flynn is just one of a string of pardons Trump is considering before President-elect Joe Biden takes over the White House in January.

News of the discussions was first reported by Axios on Tuesday..........More

Donald Trump just pardoned Michael Flynn – but it could blow up in both their faces

Palmer Report » Analysis
As expected, Donald Trump just announced a “full pardon” for Michael Flynn. Keep in mind that pardons are not magic wands for Trump. There are three ways in which this could blow back on Flynn and land him in prison anyway, and one way it could actually help send Trump to prison.
First, Flynn dodged several more serious criminal charges when he cut his cooperating plea deal on a lesser charge. Flynn went on to violate his plea deal, meaning prosecutors can now hit him with those more serious charges. Trump can try to word his pardon to include any and all crimes that Flynn hasn’t yet been charged with, but that’ll be legally flimsy, and prosecutors can challenge it in court. So Flynn could end up with more prison time than the zero to six months he was facing.
Second, because there is no clear precedent for a President being able to pardon his own criminal co-conspirators, prosecutors can try to get the entire pardon thrown out in court. This would in turn set the precedent to invalidate every pardon that Trump tries to issue to a co-conspirator. In fact Judge Sullivan, who’s handling the current Flynn case, and simply issue the opinion that this pardon is unlawful, sentence Flynn to prison, and dare him to appeal.
Third, depending on the nature of his other crimes and the states he committed them in, Flynn could be subject to state level criminal charges.
Now here’s the part where this gets ugly for Trump. If Flynn’s pardon holds up and he does skate entirely, then he’ll no longer face any criminal jeopardy. In such case the Fifth Amendment will no longer apply, and Flynn will then be required to testify against Trump. That’s right, this pardon could help put Trump in prison.
If Flynn refuses to testify against Trump, he can then be charged with felony obstruction – and Trump’s pardon certainly won’t apply to any crimes that Flynn commits after the pardon. The bottom line: Flynn probably ends up in prison one way or the other anyway, and Trump is now more of a lock for prison than ever.
Pardoning his co-conspirators is not a good option for Donald Trump. It opens up all kinds of problems for him. It’s just that it’s the only move he has left when it comes to trying to keep his co-conspirators from cutting plea deals against him. Don’t let anyone portray Trump’s pardons as magic wands. They’re treasonous, but they’re not all that effective.

Maybe one last thing to help the USA before he leaves office

Census Gives Trump a Final Supreme Court Showdown on Immigration

(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump’s administration has one last blockbuster showdown at the Supreme Court over his divisive immigration policies, and this one goes to the heart of how U.S. political power is allocated.

In an argument set for Monday, the administration will seek the right to exclude undocumented immigrants from the census count used to divvy up congressional seats and federal funds. The move would change more than two centuries of practice in a nation that has always counted non-citizen residents, even those in the U.S. illegally.

The administration is racing to finish the count, and submit a report to Congress, before Joe Biden is inaugurated to succeed Trump on Jan. 20. Critics say Trump is trying to manipulate the numbers at the expense of Democratic-leaning areas with high immigrant populations. The push could mean fewer seats for Texas, California and possibly New York and New Jersey.

“This case is about the basic constitutional requirements for how political representation is divided in this country,” said Dale Ho, an American Civil Liberties Union lawyer who will argue against the Trump plan on Monday. “For 230 years, it’s been on the basis of people living in each state, and what the administration wants to do is a radical departure from that.”

The 80-minute session Monday is Trump’s biggest remaining Supreme Court argument in a presidency defined by polarizing legal battles over immigration.......
