Actually, it is the story of how an entire town was abandoned to thugs by a Liberal government so afraid of a native uprising that they refused to enforce the law.

Anyway.....now I'm reading Infidel by Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
Scary stuff.
The movie is fantastic.... never read the book though, although usually i find the book is better than the movie so i can imagine how good this book is ,
