I don't care how bad this is for me:

home made meatloaf
carmelized onions
fried mushrooms
home made bread with actual butter (not my usual Becel)
lightly steamed fresh carrots and cauliflower

No head cheese to go with that?

no. weird meats in gelatin kind of turns my stomach. I can almost handle the luncheon meat that has the weird pasta letters...but only if I'm super hungry and my legs are broken. cottage cheese on the other hand...I think I have some in the fridge....

i barbequed two 'rib eye steaks', they were divine, so tender and juicy, with steaks

we had sauteed red peppers, onions, and mixed greens, in grape seed oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

whole wheet bun, no dessert. glass of milk.

i sauteed mixed veggies, garlic, herbs, onions, in grapeseed oil, then i added some home cooked

chicken broth, then added some gnocchi, completed it with a whole wheat bun, and one small

english toffee candy for dessert.

glass of milk (skim)
