Sickening!! Here is "EMINENT DOMAIN" again.
"Iowa landowner Cyndy Coppla was cited, arrested, and transported to jail, along with her friend Ed Fallon on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016. The pair faces trespassing charges after walking approximately 200 yards on Cyndy’s long-held family farm. They are expected to plead not guilty in the matter.
Coppola and several Iowa landowners have sued DAPL to block pipeline construction across their farmlands. Plaintiffs in the case oppose seizure of their lands by way of EMINENT DOMAIN, FOR PRIVATE GAIN. Even as a court case remains open — and a ruling not expected on the matter until December — workers with the Dakota Access LLC pipeline company had been moved forward, INSTALLING PIPE FIRST ON LAND OWNED BY PLANTIFFS INVOLVED IN THE CASE!?!"

Tug sinks near Bella Bella spilling up to 200,000 litres of diesel

An American tug pushing an empty fuel barge has sunk after running aground near Bella Bella.
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans says the tug Nathan E. Stewart hit ground on Edge Reef near Athlone Island just after 1 am this morning.
Heiltsuk elected Chief Marilyn Slett says the tug sank completely just before 10 am, and that the Nation’s most recent estimate is that it has spilled more than 200,000 litres of fuel.
Slett says the area is environmentally sensitive, particularly for clam harvesting.
Cleanup delayed

In a statement, owners Texas-based Kirby Corporation says the seven crew members aboard have now been safely transferred to a coast guard vessel.
“Kirby Offshore Marine, owners and managers of the Nathan E. Stewart regret that this incident has occurred and are working to respond and mitigate the impact of this incident.”
It says Western Canada Marine Response Corporation has now dispatched vessels with 2,500 feet of boom and crew from a base in Prince Rupert, and that it has also contracted salvage specialists Resolve Marine Group.
Questions directed to Kirby regarding the volume of fuel carried by the tug were not replied to.

Environmentalists and indigenous peoples have been try to stop this tug for years as this incident was inevitable. Now they want to put super tankers in there and say it will be safe. BS!

In reality it never spilled anywhere near that but don't lets facts get in the way of a good lie.
The only reason it even made the news is because it was pushing a fuel barge, which was empty and undamaged.

Hey does anyone know if Standing Rock is related to Walking Eagle?

Yeah the "lame stream media" just interviewed Injuns sitting on their diesel fueled boats anxious to harvest and sell clams on the global markets.

The clams are fine, Injuns simply aren't allowed to harvest within a radius set by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

Everybody knows the barge was empty and unharmed. Why do you bring it up as if some said otherwise. As for the whereabouts of the spill, take it up with the authors... and stop being a dick. You and Petroglyph should shack up together.

Somehow the tug gained fuel along the way. Records indicate it had 50000 gallons when it left port. Amazing how those two big Cummins engines turn air into diesel.

One of those diesel engines could fall on your head and you would still blame it on lefties. You are a hopeless case. Good bye.

It was originally reported that a fuel barge had run aground and was leaking fuel. Typical lefty fear mongering.

Unlikely. I know how to block them up when fixing them.

Other than being bigger, how are the tug diesel engines Amy different from the diesel engines in Injun fissing fleet?

At least the West Coast Diesel Injuns got their fuel for their boats, trucks, heavy equipment generators and heating.

Why Is North Dakota Strip-Searching Dakota Access Pipeline Protesters Charged with Misdemeanors?

DR. SARA JUMPING EAGLE: When I was taken to the jail, first I was taken by a corrections officer, transported from the protest site to the Morton County jail. And then, when they took me in there, you know, they had to take some basic information. And then, one of the things that they do is have you go into a small room, and there was a female officer there, and we had to—I had to take my clothes off, and then, I don’t know, basically—
AMY GOODMAN: Cavity search?
DR. SARA JUMPING EAGLE: No, not a cavity search, but I had to squat and cough. That’s what she said. I had to squat and cough and then put the orange suit on.
AMY GOODMAN: So you were put in an orange jumpsuit?
DR. SARA JUMPING EAGLE: Yeah, I was put in an orange jumpsuit. And then I was held there for several hours. And initially, you know, my family didn’t know where I was or didn’t—you know, they heard about it pretty quickly and were able to come and bond me out or bail me out. I don’t know what you call it. But I was in there for several hours.
AMY GOODMAN: How did it make you feel?
DR. SARA JUMPING EAGLE: It made me feel—you know, it made me think about my ancestors and what had they gone through. And this was in no way a comparison to what we’ve survived before, so just made me feel more determined about what I’m doing and why I’m here.

Nope they never search other detainees . She is still mad at the residential school for burning her clothes and forcing her into a uniform . The fact that her clothes were flea infested blankets never makes the narrative .

Out-of-control North Dakota prosecutors still pursuing reporter Amy Goodman, even after judge dismisses riot charge

Worse, they are now claiming they need Democracy Now’s unaired and unedited footage from the event to bolster their supposed “case.” They didn’t say how they plan on getting that footage, but one can assume they will need subpoena it. North Dakota has a strong reporter’s shield law that should protect Goodman and Democracy Now from turning it over, but given how much the prosecutors have disregarded the law so far, there’s no indication they’ll stop now.
North Dakota’s unconstitutional pursuit of Goodman is beyond an embarrassment at this point. It could not be clearer that Goodman was doing her job as a journalist and exercising her First Amendment rights to report on newsworthy events. These prosecutors should be sanctioned or fired for misconduct, and the Justice Department should consider investigating Morton County state’s attorney’s office if they continue their investigation.
In the meantime, North Dakota Attorney General's office should order its prosecutors to immediately cease trying to invent new ways to length stifle free speech and chill press freedom. It is dangerous to every journalist in the country.
