Very Intelligent People Make Less Effective Leaders

Good leaders also have to have a personality. Someone can be a Intelligent person but if they don't have the type of personality that can make people do what they want them to perform, then the intelligent person has to resort to bullying.
A prime example right now is Elon Musk of Tesla. He's extremely bright but lot's of grumbling from his employees.........

But he didn't use the same formula 40 times. He kept changing it until it worked. That is the difference.

I feel that very intelligent people cannot sympathize with normal people. They're all like "why am I talking to idiots?". Some are humble, they try to hide their intelligence but they get bored quickly with others, because they can guess what others intend to say, or they know the topic very well, there is nothing else to discuss. If this really happens then yeah they make less effective leaders.
Al Core is one of them, Waltard, Obama the bathhouse favourite is another. That award used to carry a great deal more weight. Now it's icing on a promotable dog turd as often as not. They can even be had for discovering stuff that no one else can see. October 4, 2011 the Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to three astrophysicists for “THE ACCELERATING UNIVERSE.” litterally out of the originating super duper point on the top of Einstien head.
A leader has to prove he or she is worthy of the title.
