They are?

In my opinion yes - That is what I see. Yes I see the Israeli Net annutjob is not looking for peace. Just look back to when he was the Ambassador to the US. Not crazy like the Foreign Minister - Hardliner yes.

I think that peace in one way or another will have to be imposed. Till the US has the ball to have a President to do it in the 1st year and with PLO agreement - To do as i mentioned earlier - Gaza to Egypt - Refugees to be absorbed as citizens of the country they are in - Tough choices all around

You betcha. Gotta watch out for concrete mix.

Why don't you pull your head out of your arse and debate instead of simply trying to be a smart-ass????

I had enough of your BS in my last Grade Eight class.....

Concrete for tunnels, bunkers, and tank traps is indeed military material......and perfectly liable for legal blockade.

They get concrete - How else did they build that mall. Legal or illegal concrete they got it.

Concrete is allowed to pass if for a specific building project.........now that may have happened since the flotilla incident....but I don't think so. The mall would have been under construction then......

with PLO agreement? why?

Hamas has 2 differing opinions within their organization - The religious leader safely tucked Way in Damascus is kill them - No Peace - Others closer to the line of sight that Israel has realize that they will have to recognize Israel - after that war - internal is settled - that leaves the PLO - also Gaza goes to Egypt.

Yeah, and if they were JUST "aid" ships, you MIGHT have some part of a point.

As it is, they were NOT simply "aid" ships, they were carried more Islamists than food stuffs. Were they "aid" ships, they would not mind being unloaded at an Israeli port.

And yes, when you are attacked with iron bars and knives, shooting people dead is the proper response.

Depending on your perspective weapons could be considered aid. Kind of hard to be a terrorist without a gun or a bomb.

I think we actually discussed that with Mhz, and she proved that he actually hit the water.

Thankfully he was saved.

Hitting the water that close to the hull, on a ship that size, can be deadly.

My congratulations to him on his feat!

US cable tells of Israel's 'harsh measures' - Middle East - Al Jazeera English

US government officials have been well aware of Israel's harsh methods of dealing with peaceful protests in the occupied Palestinian territory of West Bank for quite some time, according to a recently leaked WikiLeaks diplomatic cable.

So, when do the 750,000 Jews booted out of Arab countries with nothing get compensated????

I'd say it balances out.

Moron, it was because of Israel they were forced to move in the first place. The rise of Zionism also came with the rise of Antisemitism in the Arab countries.

When someone takes on such a mission they would have to be naive to believe that
the Israelis were going to do nothing or feel helpless and allow aid and or weapons
to be delivered to their enemy. If you take women and kids you hiding behind their
skirts.
Give me a break, the blockade was legal like it or not. was in accordance with the law
of international politics. A nation has the right to protect itself and its interests. Its time
to look at a situation as it really exists. These two countries are getting close to a real
showdown. If the Turks use their naval power to protect those ships Israel will blow them
out of the water. That could create all kinds of problems. In my view, Turkey is trying to
raise its profile in the Muslim World. The only way they can do that, is to engage in baiting
Israel. The other problem is that the two countries have been friends for some time until the
more fundamentalist Turkish government took over. Now the old hatreds are going to be
used for political gain, I wouldn't go to far if I were the Arab World.
Most people think Israel has changed think again. Its one thing to take measures to protect
civilians etc in a skirmish. If its a full blown conflict the only thing Israel cares about is winning.
That is not being critical, it is being realistic.

Talking to yourself again, I see..................

And the persecution, murder, seizure of property from, and expulsion of Jews from Arab nations is, like everything else, the fault of (wait for it!!!!) the JEWS!!!!!

Yep. Of Course.

Juden raus. Juden frei.
Nazis like you make it soooooo obvious:

Zionism is only good sense.

So prior to Zionism in the ME the Arabs just loved their Jews?

I liked this part...

“To the naval commandos I want to say: In the same way that you and the rest of the IDF’s (Israel Defence Force’s) soldiers protect us, we will defend you in every place and at every forum,” Mr. Netanyahu said at the cabinet meeting.

Sounds like Israel is going to show up.

Should be some interesting cross examinations when Turkish officials take the stand.

It's a Theocractic ideology. Theocracies never work as history has shown us over and over and over again.

And it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government. But it is better that all the rest. Not the exact phrase.
