This is only the beginning. There's lots more to come. There's still lots to come for Manafort, even. That was just the FIRST trial ending yesterday.

So, who gets indicted next, now that the canaries are singing?

Have you noticed Eaglesmack desperately trying to bump the other thread?

Someone is afraid.

Someone is afraid.

Eaglesnack haunts and bumps any and every thread about Justin Trudeau, daily.

Crap, Trudeau isn't news anywhere.

Deflect, deflect, deflect.

Yup, he's scared for His Leader.

I agree. It still completely amazes me that both Hillary and Bill aren't in prison. The system is definitely weighted.
Indeed.

..and those that keep repeating: But Trump is still POTUSS.....are enforcing the swampiest of swamps which has no ethics, no standards, and no principles..The ruleof law is in taters too.

The only clearing of the swamp has been to remove anyone that does not agree with Trump.Leaving an ugly toxic seepage.

It is a sad state of affairs for the US A now.

I hate to break it to you, but there isn't a Government in existence anywhere today that isn't mired in some level of corruption and dishonesty. The only difference with the Trump administration is the level of absolute deranged fear from the establishment and their complete determination to shut this administration down no matter what the cost to the country or to democracy. We now have Democrats like Gov. Cuomo coming out and making wild statements such as " America has never been that great", to try and counter Trump. Just batshit crazy stuff coming straight from a completely deranged perspective.

I've said all along, go ahead... open up Trumps closet and dig up those skeletons...I'm sure he has many, let's shine the light of day on them and air them out! BUT...if we're going to do that we need to be fair and honest, and appoint a special council to check out Bill Clinton's past, and Hillary's as well. Right down to their tax records, and the Clinton Foundation, their hush money that has been undoubtedly paid over the years, the unrecorded donations...all of it. When we're done with them, we need to investigate the rest of them. Lets dig in for the long haul. By the time we're done investigating, there won't be a politician or businessman left who's able to run shit. We'll have to recruit Martha Stewart into office since she is possibly protected through double-jeopardy...provided she hasn't screwed the system since she left prison.

Democrat author, lawyer and jurist Alan Dershowitz went on CNN and compared the current Special Counsel investigation of the Trump administration to a tactic used by Stalinist Russia.

Dershowitz argued: US investigation is Stalinist. Crimes should be investigated, not people.

Alan Dershowitz: I don’t like criminal investigations to start hoping that you have the target, maybe we’ll find the crime. Maybe we’ll find the statute. If we can’t find the statute we’ll stretch the statute to fit the person. That sounds like Lavrentiy Beria and Joseph Stalin. ‘Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.’ I don’t want to ever see that come to America.

I don't think Pence is the real fear for taking down Trump. The real fear is 100 million heavily armed, dumb as a sack of hammers, Trumpites taking to the streets and shooting up the country in a orgy of blood and gore, kinda like the French revolution. The end result will be most of those with any brains will be killed off or escaped to friendlier countries, leaving about 200 million brain dead inbreds - Trump's base support and those who wished they had voted.

Pence may be on a mission from god but it won't include 'taking Trump down', Cliffy. He's simply on his knees praying that someone - anyone will do that for him. He will, however, become President should Trump ever be impeached.

A further investigation of the Clintons would be a complete waste of time, money, and effort. They have already been investigated thoroughly and nothing was found. Keep in mind that the Clintons faced GOP majorities and if there was anything to find it would have been. And the Dershowitz comment is simply gross exaggeration. Mueller hasn't once mentioned Trump, but the Trump administration certainly has.

Trump's behaviour now is on the precipice of obstruction of justice.

Defiant Donald Trump accuses Michael Cohen of making up hush money stories

Donald Trump has angrily protested his innocence after the criminal convictions of two associates plunged the White House deeper into turmoil.

The US president hit back at his former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen who, in pleading guilty to eight charges including campaign finance violations on Tuesday, directly implicated Trump in paying “hush money” to prevent two women speaking out about alleged extramarital affairs.

Trump lashed out at Cohen via Twitter the following morning, accusing his once-loyal confidant of making up “stories in order to get a ‘deal’ from federal prosecutors”.

He also posted a bitter message: “If anyone is looking for a good lawyer, I would strongly suggest that you don’t retain the services of Michael Cohen!”

"Michael Cohen plead guilty to two counts of campaign finance violations that are not a crime," Trump tweeted. The president added that "President Obama had a big campaign finance violation and it was easily settled!" — an apparent reference to a $375,000 fine levied by the Federal Election Commission in 2013 against Obama's 2008 presidential campaign for failing to report more than 1,000 contributions.

Trump and Cohen conspired to break campaign finance laws.

Period.

Cohen has already admitted it and in due course Trump will have his chance to prove himself innocent.

'Donald Trump is guilty of a crime': What major players are saying about Trump, Cohen and Manafort

Donald Trump supporters chanted “lock her up” at a rally for the U.S. president in Charleston, West Virginia on Tuesday, a cry aimed at Hillary Clinton, Trump’s 2016 Democratic opponent. It was a striking contrast to the split screens playing on TVs across the country: Trump’s ex-campaign chairman Paul Manafort was convicted of financial crimes at nearly the same time as Trump’s personal lawyer and “fixer” Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to a series of felonies.

Cohen plead guilty to campaign finance violations Trump directed him to arrange the payment of hush money to two women who claimed they had affairs with Trump, porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal. Paul Manafort was found guilty of eight financial crimes unrelated to Trump’s presidential campaign.

The upside is that once Trump is gone whoever takes his place will be able to fill all these government positions that Trump is dithering over.

Shit for Brains cannot handle the demands of the office.
